The game is great! I think having both percentage progress bars move at the same time would be really cool to build suspense and see if you're close enough to 50/50 to keep going! A scoring system could also be a nice addition!

Good stuff had a lot of fun (well until i grinded my way through all 31 level to check if there was a scoreboard, as in my own scores per level shown to me and cried at the end because i did it for nothing xD)

Developer(+1)

Haha oops! Hadn't ever even crossed my mind. Thanks for playing though! Might be fun to have like a percentage overview at the end. X% perfect cut, X% good cut, etc

yeah ! would feel nice to have some stat

Very cosy puzzle game this is really cool.

This scratched an itch in my brain I didn't know I had. The difficulty scaling is subtle but it's there and I can tell thought went into picking the order of the foods to cut. Awesome work!

p.s. the ants creeped me out :(

Developer

Thank you so much! Sorry about the ants, Gary and his buddy just wanted some crumbs!

This is a nice relaxing game. I enjoy the good looking sprites very much. 50,16%-49,84% is the best I got first try on a melon :D

The result screen could unfold a little faster, but overall a nice experience! :)

I had a similar idea, but I ended up doing something different. It's nice seeing this realized!

Simple but very effective, it's polished, the art and sounds are good, solid entry :)

Very simple and fun game! I loved it! My favorite part is where if you didn't cut the item properly and you get a 100%-0%, the game will say, "What are you doing?!" And if you do manage to cut the item perfectly in half (for me, it was the cucumber), the game will give you a fanfare.

Thank you for playing! Glad you enjoyed it. I was very much aware of the different outcomes and wanted to make sure people got the right response for the right moments haha

Very fun! Had me competitive with a friend of mine.

Developer

Thank you! Did you win, though? :o

fun and simple

Aaha, maybe you should rename it "brother/sister" simulator 😅. I had a few issues with sensitivity. I've tried to cut the apple and it gave me a few times and empty pixel.

The game is quite meditative and it's easy to play. Good work.

Such simple but sp engaging idea. Loved it all the way through, especially when more asymmetric items started to pop up to make things interesting. Also - great idea to limit cut distance, so that it's impossible to vertically slice long objects, so you need to go harder but cooler way.
