I really like the transition between each levels! Well done!

Really loved the concept and implementation - just a note that when I tried to retry levels after running out of myself (lol) it seemed to send me to the next level instead.

Very cool concept ! And I really like the art style, Nice little transitions between level too

It was fun playing !

This is a really neat take on the theme!  I like the balancing between trying to keep as much paint as you can, but also needing to get rid of some of it as well.

I struggled a lot with level 3, I didn't catch on that the springs would shoot you higher if you had less paint, and then the springs flinging you into the door if you were too low was a bit rough.  I love the idea of that level, I think it may need a little difficulty tweaking though!

Awesome job!

Such an interesting concept! Having to minimize the amount of time you are touching surfaces makes the levels really fun and almost floor-is-lava-esque. I found the springs very difficult and finicky, though. I would bounce not quite high enough on one, and then take multiple attempts shaving off a little bit of paint before I became small enough to bounce the right height. This slowed the gameplay down quite a bit and became a little tedious. But overall, this is so unique and has a very high level of polish on it, so great work!

Really fun game! I think the difficulty curve could use a little bit of tweaking so it isn't as steep and I ran into a bug where if I died and then hit retry it would just take me to the next level instead. But I really liked the artstyle and the gameplay is really fun once you get the hang of it!

I think this game has one of the neatest takes on the theme that I've seen in the jam so far

Very neat!

Running out of myself had my rolling on the ground in laughter! What a quirky concept! A lot of really unique elements in this game. The micromanagement of the paint and the scale barriers stood out as especially creative to me. When I clicked retry though it just put me in the next level so I didn't have much time to try the levels over but the vibe followed through regardless. What a beautiful project :D

Yeah I somehow missed the bug with the retry button lol. Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed the vibe!

Really creative game and I loved the character and it's animation. As well as the music.
It was fun to try to learn how to beat the levels.
Really nice game!

I don't understand how you do the 3rd level. Seems like if you are above 50% in size the springs don't bounce you high enough. If you are below 50% you can reach the springs but you get launched straight into the finish and lose the level.

Developer (1 edit)

I made it a too difficult, sorry about that. The idea is that you do bounce up there with less than 50%, but quickly tap left during the spring launch to stop before the end. There is a paint bucket up above to get over 50%. There is also enough room to start from the left of the spring on the floor, then jump onto it and hold right to reach the platform if you are small enough. Thanks for the feedback!

The zoom-in paint and the coverage percentage of the furniture at the end of the game is a great touch. I enjoyed the puzzle aspect of the game and overcoming it.🎉

Fun game! its a bit unforgiving but its also what makes it cool, good job!

love the way the map is random when I click retry! there are some unforgiving platform overall its a good idea! button animations are pretty juicy as well

A unique take on a player-scaling puzzle-platformer that is surprisingly polished. The game has an artstyle that is simple in an aesthetically pleasing way, and the music fits the feeling of the game. The amount of small detail, like the rolling animation or the paint splatter on impact is fairly uncommon in jam games. I did find the game to be quite difficult, especially in the last level, as the required order of actions was somewhat unclear, and the way that the springs detect collisions made the final climb slightly frustrating. However, for the most part the game was fun to play, and had some very interesting concepts.

Funny idea, it makes the platforming more challenging when you run out of yourself as you move! I found one problem that sometimes when I clicked to retry a level it would load a different level, but overall good job.

This is pretty nice, .t's the best take on "you get smaller when you move" I've seen during this jam. I'm impressed you managed to make so many levels too (although they can get a little obtuse at times).
And the win screen is quite juicy and satisfying

Very challenging and very funny

Very cool idea. the game is a bit hard. For some reason after failing the level, the retry button would bring me to the next level.  nonetheless great game.

Muy buen juego, comenzando los niveles eran buenos, luego no los entendí muy bien, pero fue bueno
