Nice little platformer. Wish there were more levels.
Thanks for the comment! I wish I got a chance to add more levels, but with the amount of time I had, I was able to make only five levels.
Nice simplistic platformer where each size you take has a specific strength and weakness. Big being heavy and break things but is too slow, while small can help you with the wind giving you a boost but there are times where the wind prevents you from going somewhere you need to go. I like having to change sizes as a means to progress. Decent work.
Thanks for the comment! Your game was pretty darn awesome!
That was nice! :) Cool level design, good use of the different scales, congrats on making this in 48h! :)
Thanks for the comment!
Playthrough video added!
Had a lot of fun :) The puzzles are very well planned and put together and at no point did anything feel forced. The controls were stiff at first but just took some getting used to, all in all its a lovely game, great job!
Thanks for playing my game! You're not the first player to tell me about the controls and/or the player movement in this game. Seems like that is a lesson I'll need to remember when I make another game in the future.
The character movement is a bit scuffed, but I don't mind since there's a good set of mechanics that play nicely with each other. The wind and the breaking blocks interacting differently with the different scales are solid.
Thanks for the comment!
Very fun game mechanic. Nice music.
Why not give the little square eyes like in the splash screen? :3
Controls could be a bit more smooth.
The menu and the end screen were one of the last things I worked on in the game, so I didn't have time to go back and give the square eyes. As for the controls, I'll admit that switching to UP and DOWN or W and S keys to make the player grow or shrink can be a bit inconvenient at times. :(
Great idea, the controls sometimes feel a bit sturdy but it's nothing a little polish can't solve.
The mechanic is really cool to play around with and the levels are well balanced !
Thanks for the comment! The controls can be a bit unintuitive as someone already mentioned in the comments, but once you get used to it, you'll be able to get past some of the challenging parts in the game.
The music adds so much triumphant energy! Really great vibes here, and the platforming is solid! Great work!
Thanks for the comment!
Holy wind! This reminds me of Shovel Knight!
Whoa, really? I didn't think someone would compare my game to that super awesome game! o.o
I liked the jumping it felt good!!!
Yep! It's so fun jumping around in small form!
My girlfriend and I had a really good time with this one! Incredible you've done it in 48hs hours, mechanics were fantastic!
Thanks for the comment, and thanks for playing my game!
Honestly I don't exactly know why but the vibes were through the roof with this one. The music and atmosphere were on point. The mechanic was fun and honestly I just had a nice time playing this.
Thanks! I'm very glad that you enjoyed my game!
Really liked the implementation of scale, the usefulness of both sizes felt really balanced.
That was one of my goals while I was making the game for this jam. I'm glad you liked it.
Really good level designs and clever use of scale/weight relation, reminded me Morph from Amiga while braking platforms while I'm heavy. Well done!
Thanks! I enjoyed playing your game as well!
Speedrun system + leaderboard was cool. Liked that I could bunny hop as well, I was able to choose whether to go fast or take it slow. Had fun with this one, good work!
Thanks for the comment! I'm glad that you enjoyed my game.
Scale (as in size) and scale (as in climbing). I'd say you nailed the theme! Mechanics and puzzles were good! It's too bad I'm not great a platformers. I couldn't finish it, but I like the concept! Also bonus points for sound control!
Thanks for the comment! I'm glad you enjoyed my game even though you didn't finish it.
really great concept and level design, i love how different sizes have different effects. really like the breakable platforms and how u used them to guide the player to change size.
Thanks for the comment!
I thought your level design was quite nice, and everything seemed to work well. I wish there was a more specific use for the normal sized box.
Yeah, I'll admit the normal size was underutilized in this game. I'm glad you liked the level design in my game, though.
