Fun word play on scales. I had fun playing it.

Fun game with some cool mechanics! I like the art style too. :]

Submitted

The mechanics are a bit hard to get used to but overall a good game. Also the art style reminded me of a old flash game i used to play, can't remember the name but great job, really cool game.

The movement feels really nice, and i like the slow introduction of  fun mechanics.
I think some of the wall colliders where misplaced at some part there even was a invisible wall blocking my path and i couldn't continue. But i especially liked using the knockback of the gun for  platforming and how the scales give some optional extra challenge

Developer(+1)

Yeah for some reason in the version that got uploaded unity decided to generate incorrect colliders D:

Got stuck, it's a bit unclear as to when there's a wall and when you just jump off the face of the building. Funny premise and I liked the inclusion of that guy at the beginning for some story/polish!

Developer

Yeah unfortunately in the version we uploaded to the game jam unity generated incorrect colliders for some reason.

The gameplay was smooth, but the art was a bit confusing, and for example, I couldn't see the snake bullets!. But overall good job.

Submitted

This might be specific but I really enjoyed the wall jumping. It was easy and fast. A bit of feedback would be to create better contrast for objects. As it stands, many objects are hard to see against the background. Congrats on making it through the jam!

The system of using a snake to fire lasers in succession was refreshing and fun!

Adjusting the color scheme so that the objects stand out more may make the game easier to play.

Those darned snake bullets follow me everywhere making the game much harder than it looks XD. Nice game, friend. its fun!

I love the momentum mechanic and the ammo reloading when you kill a snake it allows for really good platforming!

cool game! I love the effect when you fire the gun

Fun climbing+shoothing game. I like the old tv desing when inside and the shooting lazer goes crazy. Just a small thing the snake shooting particles are a bit small.

Submitted

Great platformer with good polish. Snakes were hard! (Or maybe I'm just bad).

Submitted

Fun! The camera did make me a bit dizzy, though.

Developer

Was it the screenshake or the dynamic fov?

Submitted

I think the dynamic FOV messed with my head a bit.

cool idea, and the laser was fun to use, my only problem was how hard it was to see the projectiles.

Cool game. The laser was super unexpected lol. Also I got the reference in the title :)

Submitted

I like the idea of this, but the gameplay is a little too hard.

Submitted

nice art, the laser gun is BONKERS and I love it. the movement is a bit odd, but overall quite enjoyable!

A little bit to hard
