There's something really funny about a sword-wielding circle, I love it! Fun idea and enjoyable gameplay, well done! :)
In case it helps, I would suggest giving some invincibility frames while dashing, so you can go through projectiles and position yourself faster (maybe this was already implemented and I was just really bad at dodging? hahah)
I liked this smooth swing effect. Would be nice to make upgrades more clear about what they do. Well done
Good first game jam game! My suggestion would be to add some kind of indicator to show which way the player is facing, the sword attack made me expect zelda-like controls (where you hit towards the last direction you moved). But that might just be a skill issue on my part :)
Pretty good for 48 hours! would loveo to see a more polished version of the game :D
Nice game! I liked how the differently shapes attacked differently and added a bit of a back and forth with different enemies. Well done!
Awesome first game jam game! love the feel for the combat! definitely could see a really cool polished version with a little more time!
With some more time to polish, this could be a fun game! Nice work with the submission!
The thumbnail was so pretty that I feel clickbaited.
I wasn't great at it, but it was a fun game!

Cool! The fighting and dashing was fun to use, it would be great if there were more sound effects for more feedback when playing. Overall, pretty fun!
This was cool, nice job! I never figured out what those pickups were for and eventually my character couldn't pick them up anymore.
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah I guess forgot to let other people play the game before uploading to find out which parts are unclear (to the dev it always seems clear :D)
this is fun, good job, the only thing is the dash feels weird, I think it would be better to make the impulse to where the mouse is
Thank you for the suggestion, that actually sounds like a good idea to try out :)
Nice game. Nicely put together. I found it a bit difficult but I do have skill issue
Thanks for the comment! No, I think it's definitely not only skill issue, I think the game needs a bit more tuning in multiple areas ;)
Pog Game <3
Quite fun, I like the menu
Dash has lag input, especially if you pressing it twice.
Music is nice.
Animation is okay, but great way of visually showing the change and action! You could decrease size or change the color of the damaged enemies to visually repesetn how many HP they have left.
Also Music Level is way too loud when I first turn it on, and there is no option for mutting it, sad.
Thanks for your comment and all your suggestions! The dash is supposed to have a 1 second Cooldown if that is what you mean. For the music volume I'm sorry, I guess I had my speakers quite turned down so I never noticed the loudness. :D
I don't think it's really your problem, since you cannot really control every device sound volume, but in future keep track of the sound in your game on general level, so all your games would eventually have basic level of sound. At least for the start it would be nice.
Yes, dash might have 1 second CD, but it feel not intuitive when it performs dash because your pressed it 1sec before. Just remove register event while it's CD. Or if you want to give a buffer opportunity, give it as last milliseconds.
Well executed, although a pretty loose interpretation of the theme. Really feels good to play though!
Thanks for the comment! This is my first Game Jam submission, but you're right the theme could have used some more time. (I had some plans to scale the arena size, enemy sizes and more upgrades, but you probably know how it is ;))
