Loved the theme and loved how things can scale, maybe an ingame tutorial would help understand the different systems better!

It's like tetris mixed with a city builder!

Rules are a bit complex to understand - some better explanation that trial and error would be great.

But otherwise it's nice relaxing game, when I pulled of some room combination it was satisfying and of cource art is cute, music is great and sound are punchy.

Good job.

I really suck at your game but damn, the concept is enjoyable! It’s like sim tower meets tetris! I feel like it’s a easy to learn hard to master type of gameplay. Really cool!

I spent over 2h building and enjoy it as f**k, it's addictive, you done so well we so little. Pretty amazing ! I didn't master it, but I sure felt good while trying ! \o/

This is an interesting concept! I love the idea of construction tetris. Didn't quite get all the different rules that made my capacity go up and down, but exploring that was fun in itself. Would love to see this concept developed further!

This might be the best game I have played during this jam. It has the complexity, especially with palcement of utilities and upgrade rooms, the art is really well made, the execution is just perfect! The difficulty naturally increases with more rooms. Really amazing, I really wish to see more of it in the future!

Awesome game. The play on words is hilarious. The detail in all the rooms and animation is fantastic. This is super polished and y'all should be proud!

Warms my heart that you like my art and animation! It would be nothing however without the hard work, coding and assembly by BlueMango! :3

Wow, i really like this idea and the ambiance (gfx & sfx) is spot on! Love to see the little lizards walk wabout, and let's be honet, nobody likes a drummer as a neighbor ;)
It was kinda hard for me to really understand the impact of the different rooms on their neighbors and formulate an overall strategy, and i did feel at times that the fact that the next item to drop is completely random made it really hard at times to try out different planning strategies, but overall very cool game!

A tutorial was planned, but had to be cut since time was running low. From your comment i get the idea of being able to swab a few, or store rooms temporarily, which could increase stratetic gameplay and decrease randomness. Thanks for good catalytic feedback and for playing our game! :D

Being able to swap/store rooms is a great idea, it would definitely add a lot!

Pretty cute game, it kinda reminds me of islanders mixed with Tetris and that makes a really fun combination! One piece of feedback is that I wish the game showed a little more information. For example, I wish that the room currently selected will show what rooms it likes and doesn't like. And it'd be also nice if there was an indicator of where the building will exactly land (like the ghost pieces in tetris). Overall, good game!

Developer

We completely agree on this! We had to cut a tutorial due to time running out, and ghost blocks was in the workings early on, but for some reason didnt make it to the presented build. Thanks the feedback and for playing our game! :D
