A fun little ear training exercise. The fact that the cubes weren't ordered by pitch really threw me off, also the fact that the relative order changed due to octave wrapping, but I'm not sure that can be avoided (unless you're using a shepard scale, but that would probably not exactly improve the overall audatory experience :D). Finding the right key was a nice little challenge I haven't seen in other ear training games. Well done!
This would have been really useful for me to play in highschool when I needed to learn to listen for a specific note. Unfortunately it was quite difficult, nearly impossible for me to play as I don't have a scroll wheel and my laptop's scrolling feature would scroll through like 10 keys at once. Very cool concept though!!
oh you can use Up/Down arrow keys to do so!!!
Very well made, and a fun bit of ear training
Cool puzzle and I really liked the chill vibe of the game.
Was a bit confused about whether the blocks were playing or not until I realised the rain only falls when they are playing.
This was interesting, I was expecting some music-themed games, but I hadn't found one before this. Thanks for the share!
I don't know enough about music to get past level 2 lol, but I love the aesthetic and the concept!
Very interesting concept! I like how minimalistic the design is, it lets you fully immerse into the music :) I especially love the controls and ability to play the example and your own notes simultaneously, was very helpful :)
I was probably a bit confused when at the end of the level the chord was played not in the same order as it was in the task, but it didn't harm my experience at all. Great game, more levels would be awesome!
A simple idea executed perfectly! Sometimes the example melody didn't have exactly the same timing as the solution, which confused me a bit, but maybe that's just because I played the web version.
the timings are not the same, all that matters is the melody itself
A very cool idea for a puzzle game! I like the minimal art style and all the effects when the notes are played. A really polished and enjoyable game!
Wow! Wordefull interpretation for the theme. I've some games with the music scale interpretation, but this seems to fit the best with the theme between all of them. It is also really polished and it is fun to play.
So far, this is the best execution of the musical interpretation of the theme I've seen. Really really good.
Visually, it looks very simple and nice, and the idea itself is brilliant, it's one of the best puzzles I've come across at this jam
This is a really fun little challenge! I'd briefly considered going with a musical scale interperetation of the theme but couldn't figure out what to do with it, but I think this is perfect! Controls are really intuitive, and figuring out how to transpose the notes you're given to match the chord is a really enjoyable challenge that I'm going to have to revisit at some stage :)
Presentation is gorgeous, love the simple brightly colored boxes with the particles, it's got a wonderful minimalistic charm to it!
The game is extremely cool, but I am only playing the drums and don't know anything about scales, so the game was also quite challenging. Conceptionally this is insane (aswell as the visuals and the sound)!
Had fun, pretty visuals. Loved it
Very cool
Love the simplicity. We had a similar take on the theme. XD
Super like this. Visually simple, and a clever and enjoyable puzzle
Neat! I like that this doubles as ear training. Or maybe it's just ear training. Very cool! Reminiscent of coolmath-games or flash games.
Fire. I wouldn't even have thought to make a puzzle game like this. The VFX and controls are really well done, snappy and flashy!
