This is surprisingly impressive, there's a lot of animation for a game made in 48 hours! Not only that, but it feels good to play with how the movement and spellcasting works, and I like how the different enemies have such distinct behaviors. The difficulty is on the easier side, but I think that's a good thing not only because it's a jam game (you'll want people to easily be able to see what your game has to offer imo), but also because I'm not very good at 2D fighting games at all, so to me it felt like a fair challenge!

I like Smash-like fighter games, the random system is also a cool idea, but the fights are very one-sided.
Cool gameplay, I also liked that you could roll for your music as well ha! Maybe should be a limit on how many times you can reroll before a battle to enforce a certain level of randomness? Nice one!
Pretty fun game, well done! Did you let players re-roll the dices as many times as they want on purpose? It makes sure you don't repeat the same fight over and over, but takes away a bit of the fun of randomness.
I like your take on the theme, the randomness really added to the fun of each battle. I love the sound effects, when I was fighting Hans it felt really intense. I think the combat would shine even more with some sort of combo/additional attack.
Overall, great job! This is a really solid entry
i liked the game, but i missed some more dice during the game.
great job! wish you lucky =]
if you have a little time, try my game =] I would love your feedback
Had a lot of fun with this game! I love the art. Would definitely play an expanded version! Felt it was balanced well for a beginner player, I had 2 pretty close battles.
Could have done more with the theme. But it looks good and the ai was somewhat better than I expected.
An awesome idea with awesome art and music. Enjoyed mixing and matching, only wish there was more haha. I do feel like there needs to be some balancing and if you continue developing it you should add some more depth to the combat.
Overall, good job!
I wish this game was expanded on and got more content :D the graphics are soo cool your designer is so talented. The AI responded well and wasnt buggy whatsoever. Overall a great experience!
The art and combat are good for a 48hour Jam. The enemy variations give the player something to look forward to and I played through them all.
Unfortunately, I found the Roll the Dice theme to be very surface level - it is essentially a Stage Select screen. Whilst the enemy selected matters, I found the player spell choice does not fundamentally change how you play the game.
The art is really impressive and the dice rolling makes for a fun experience each time. Great job
Love the gameplay! The mechanic of randomizing each battle is really fun. Great job!
