Man the art for this game was fantastic, the combat was fun to but the actually dice rolling felt slow. Otherwise really well done!
Really nice graphic, especially the animation of the dice.
But I feel a little bit boring because I feel there’s not much for me to do.
Love the game just a bit short and slow.
Nice idea! But the game ends a bit quick and the animation is a bit slow. Other than that, great work and very fun to play! Would love to see this released full also xD
(We have somehow similar ideas lol GJ!
Very beautiful game with unique gameplay.
Would love to see this expanded into a full game
A really good and unique game! The art was very well made. I liked the deckbuilding elements to this game, trying to build up a perfect combo. It was very rewarding when you pulled off a good combo. the choices of die were very well explained and I learned them somewhat quickly. One tiny nitpick is that when you roll the dice, the dice feel a bit slow. I'd recommend maybe speeding it up a bit. Other than that, great game!
Really liked the animations, feedback and the art style.
Concept is, great would love to see how it evolves with more enemies and such.
Good Job!
The concept, theme, and presentation were all just incredible... A bug I could point out is that some of the shop tooltips go off the screen. For a jam game, this is really outstanding work!
great work with graphics
This was a heck of an ambitious game to make in a weekend. But you've pulled off a solid deckbuilder (dicebuilder?) prototype here. I think what I enjoyed most was the design of all the different dice you put in, you have some very creative ideas there. That said, the readability could definitely be better.
Cool game! I really like the Chance-ellor. I wish I could see the dice you start with (in particular I didn't know that the blank die was actually an earth die). And it's a little annoying that the tooltips for the third shop item go off the side of the screen. But it's a fun game.
Hey, thanks for the feedback! Yea definitely wish we had more time to improve some of the readability, etc. The starting die that has the blank face up is indeed a fire die, you must've gotten a die with blanks and earth at some point after. And you can hover over the whole bullet point line in the shop, so I believe you can see the full tooltip if you hover over the left end of it (where the ability name is). Thanks for playing though!
Very cool and pretty enjoyable game! Beautiful visuals, loved the main character design! And rolling the dice feels great and satisfying, really wish the game was longer, would love to see it as a full fledged game!
Interesting concept. I like the graphics design and music.
Very cool concept! And the visuals were super nice as well. I went zombie build, and I feel like it could've been explained a little better how that works. But if you added more levels and fleshed it out, this could be a great game.
The art and animation where fantastic, great game.
I was gonna write about how the dice throwing mechanics mixed with a deck building game were a really interesting concept, or how great the visuals were. However you had me at "Chance-ellor" before the game even started
I love the aesthetic of this and gives me a quarriors/slay the spire vibe. I think you could take this really far if the dice felt a little more different from one another!
I was a little confused at the start but definitely see huge potential here
What’s not to love in this game?
