Simple, I'm an ogre, and I see if I get lucky! Yup, checks all the boxes for me! This was a simple game, but it worked! The upgrading mechanic helped keep the combat fresh, and the slot machine element was addicting! Gotta love watching the numbers get bigger! Great work!

Oh nice! Completed 33 levels with my ogre. I had plenty of fun with it. Definitely a game I would play on my phone.
- I didn't notice if there was a mechanic if you had multiple item in the same line or not, but I think there is space there for you to try different things to have some exciting moment (like critical hits)
- I think that monsters / levels were rotating very fast which means creatures didn't matter much to me after the first ones. So I wasn't looking at the top right corner much.

Yeah, there was originally a plan to add effects based on items rows and columns, but have not been able to add them due to time.
The game balance could also definitely be tweaked a bit more, so each enemy have more character & not just die in one or two hits.
I might be able to address these things once I update the game after the jam (maybe).

Cool game, quite addictive. Would love to see a more complete version with fleshed -out mechancis (once you run out of items, you loose all agency, which is a bit sad).
Great work here! The RNG never felt too punshing, solid game that kept me engaged until I died. Good difficulty curve and the learning was fairly easy. I got to level 30 first go! The following feedback is made knowing what you have feels like a complete package, and you probably didn't have enough time to add anything else :)
* A third tier for every item combo would be appreciated. I had several instances of 3 two-tier items and was sad they didn't merge. I think a 4th tier would be a bit overkill
* Adding deck kickers that let me clear some fluff would be great. Then I can keep getting stronger and get rid of the chaff
* Some mutation/"mergability" of non-compatible items would be extra solid, adding an entire extra dimension of choice to the player. i.e. merging a potion with a bone to heal 1 / damage 1?
* More visual effects / sounds would go a long way

Would definitely keep this in mind as I try to improve upon the game.
Also I think the 3 two-tier items not combining was an oversight on my part,
item combination only happen once every spin, therefore if a 3 one-tier items have combined,
the 3 two-tier items will not combine until after the next spin end.
(I plan to change this to make the combination effect more rewarding)

Creative use of the theme, but I feel like it could've really used some punchy sound- and visual effects and some more player feedback. As it stands, it doesn't feel as reward as it could to get nice combinations or to pick new elements. The base is good though, if you could expand on it a bit more, I think it could be a lot of fun!

But wanted to make sure I have a game to submit first, so I focused on making everything bug free and working as much as possible. Great RPG slot machine! The gameplay is presented from a rather unusual angle. I really enjoyed being the manager of this personable ogre. Separately, I was pleased with the system of pumping items!
P.S.: It would be very cool if everyone who sees this message would go and honestly evaluate our game. Because we have already rated over 140+ and continue to do so, and our game has only 42 ratings...
You take the theme very different way. Dice sounds like luck so its a rpg-slot machine game. Thats make sense and this game is also pretty unique one. I like to improve my character abilities after every roll. Great job to you and your team ^^
Wow, I'm amazed at the simplicity of this game! It's super fun and addicting, with great art and music. The powerups make a lot of sense and are really intuitive, and the UI is just great. Great job!
