How does your game fit the theme?
The entire game revolves around dice! Especially the roll ability, it allows you to get new weapons or nothing! (Just like real gambling!)

This is one of my favourites I've played this jam! Reminded me a lot of Mega Man, which I also love. The art was also really cool. I think a few more enemy types might be nice, but overall very nice work :)
Thanks for the feedback! Glad you enjoyed it! :)
I would have liked a little more feedback when you damage enemies, and when enemies damage you. I also didn't quite understand the point of the die roll system. I think if you had made it the only way to heal (I mean so you heal when you roll the die AND you get a new bullet type) and the enemies dropped rolls instead of hearts, it would make it more interesting. Otherwise a pretty neat little game.
Thanks for the feedback! :)
Fun little adventure game. The character control feels nice, just like those 2D platformer game I enjoyed. The level design is good enough, but I stuck a little bit, because I though the pillar is a wall.
The rolling feature is not so surprising. But the game is good enough. Well done!
Thanks for the feedback!
good game. doesn't bring a lot of new things to the table. still, fun game.
Very fun, looks and sounds great.
At first I found shooting unresponsive, but then realized holding down the fire button does the job.
The bouncy sections felt a bit wonky, although I the animation of the dice bouncing is very well done.
Enemies would sometimes attack from offscreen.
I might've gotten unlucky, but the new weapons from the roll ability didn't feel any different.
Overall, the game is polished and very good, great job on this!
btw I found this entry through youtube recommending me your video :)
Thanks for the feedback! Much appreciated! :)
dude, I gave up on this game so fast. good thing I saw your comment. If not for it I wouldn't have went back and actually finished it and had fun. thanks.
You don't usually see this type of game in a jam. Hard to believe it was made in only 48 hours! I played through the whole thing, really loved it!
Thank you! :)
There is a lot of game here for such a short jam and its really fun to play! Great work.
Thanks!
Simple old style game. I enjoyed. I would like to get more effects
This is beyond amazing. I had no idea it is possible to make something this good in 2 days. I really loved it, the art style and the music and amazing. The gameplay is also just very simple and fun. Easy to pick up but hard to put down.
Thank you so much! :)
Like the visuals. Controls were a bit weird, especially during the bounce platform with ceilings section. Also could fire while jumping sometimes but not other times. Not sure how much the mechanic added to gameplay though.
Good game, good sound effect, it like an arcade game .I think the player should be able to choose to change the dice or not.
Pretty fun game overall! Reminded me a lot of old arcade games
Shooting control problem. I press J but hero don't shoot
Great job on this. Shooting feels fun. I'm not sure I understood the dice mechanic, It changed my weapon sometimes and other times it didn't.
I love the visuals and music! There where a few blind jumps I felt where unfair, but this is pretty great overall.
Thanks for the feedback! Glad you enjoyed it :)
