Game Description
A fast-paced tower defense builder.
How does your game tie into the theme?
Towers need to be built and maintained to survive. Failing to maintain them breaks them, needed to be assembled again.

A great game, very well put together. With so many towers the replay value is off the charts! The graphic style and music work together well too.
The scrap collecting mechanic was a cool idea. I also liked the repair mechanic at first... but after wave 15 the game started to feel like a constant fight against entropy. Maybe that was the point? If so - congrats on making a deep existential game!
After a hilariously bad first run to get the hang of things, this was so much fun! Really nice sense of progression as you get more and more towers and start to be able to build the cooler ones (it took me til wave 18 to build the laser, but it was worth it). The art was really fun and the music set the mood perfectly. I did have some slowdown on the later waves, but I'm sure that was the potato I'm running it on. Still got through all the waves with 100 health with some exciting close calls. Really great work!
Haha I’m glad you like it! It’s been quite a team effort from both me and my brother to get this game out. Also yeah there’s some slowdowns on the later rounds, that’s to be expected. Projectiles are pretty much unoptimized for large amounts of enemies, but I figured it wasn’t worth the time trying to rework how they worked. The game gets very hard at the end (there was little balancing at later stages), so color me surprised you managed to do it! Nice micromanaging skills ;D
Really neat graphics and music. The game was kinda hard to understand at first with no tutorial or controls, but once you get the hang of it it's really cool.
Great game!
Yeah, a proper tutorial was going to be there at some point but ended up being cut because of time constraints. And you can thank my brother for the graphics ;] Thanks for playing!
What a great, well rounded game! You've managed to fit so many things into such a well put together package. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Could definitely zen out to this and play for hours. Well done! :D
Thank you! It’s surely been a rush (and probably a bit too ambitious for a first game jam haha) but seeing people like it has been worth it 100%
Big fan of tower defense games and yours was great! Good use of the theme and great mechanics.
Fun idea to repair the towers or buy robots to fix them. And thank you for the speed button. Neat art and neat music
Nice twist on the genre, though having to move the mouse to pickup materials while also having the bots follow your mouse (when they aren't repairing) felt a little at odds with one another. Also felt there were some minor balance issues between the cost of bots, cost to repair broken towers, and so on, but that's to be expected in a jam. Liked the color palette quite a lot for this game, as well. Overall, a fun tower defense game.
Cool graphics and theme. Like the music.
Some tutorial would be helpful (about clicking /repairing) however it's not that hard to graps.
Well done!
Funky music, funky colors and nice tower defense presentation. It needs a better tutorial, but overall it's a good concept. Nice job!
Good work on the soundtrack, it fits well!
I like the fixing mechanic, it offers a nice twist on the tower defense genre. The bot mechanic is a nice choice to complement the main concept.
I had difficulty controlling bots though, after they get in one place they can't be separated. Still I think this concept has a lot of potential.
I really like the concept and had a lot of fun while playing. My only criticism would be that it can feel overwhelming at points and the bots aren't super useful. Other than those very small gripes with balancing though, I absolutely loved it.
Thank you! Balancing is definitely the main issue, though I can say the game is beatable… barely. And yeah, bots get too expensive later on and can’t really maintain towers on their own. A full version is in the works to address those problems. Thanks for playing!
