FANTASTIC.

A great concept, it's a superb blend of genre. I really hope you're gonna expand on this after the jam

all 5/5. Greate idea. Fun to play. Few remarks: music isn't looping, slider moves while still not being placed, slider moves while the game is on pause (when you place a block, the game frezes, but when slider is underneeth the player it moves and the player falls). I realy  don't understand the death from falling mechanic. I think it's redundant and removes a lot of fun

this is such a fun and cool game idea and design!!

The game is really cool and original. In my opinion , if you keep developing, it can become very popular.  Well done and good luck for your game :)

Played this with my 6yo son, he says "Can you tell us how to get past level 3 because we don't know what to do, I think we need to go underneath but it's really hard!"

Excellent puzzle/deck builder combo. Took me a while to realise where to click to pull from the deck, but then we just got on with it. Very nice graphics - especially on the card design. Really nice!

Thank you and your son for playing))!
Yeah, level 3 didn't get proper testing and balance with the lack of time, so it turned out really hard...((
I don't think it can be beatable now without "Easy mode", which prevents void to accelerate (you can toggle it in the menu).
The way I beat it is climbing always up, using jumps and turn around cards, smth like that)

Cool idea with lots of promise, I feel like you could explore having the void as turn based - playing against the void rather than on a timer? I really love how the game sounds and looks.

Developer

Thanks! Actually, it is kind of turn based also. Every time you draw a card, it will move. The timer was something we added because we felt it might not be so obvious to the player if it's only the card :)

Really original and I really loved the SFX.

Oh I'm so returning to this later, I really like the idea and style. I'm a sucker for cards.

One minor thing: I think you mixed up RMB and LMB in the controls description ^^

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Lol true) thank you, I will change it)
UPD: Done :)
And thank you for your reply and playing our game)

Cool game. At first, I thought clicking different parts of the card would give me a specific card after it happened a few times. But not sure. Cool concept for sure, I liked the art a lot

Developer

Thanks for your feedback) Hehe, nope, there are no dependencies with card parts) The deckbuilding aspect is a little light as we couldn't manage to include all the features we wanted in time) Hope you enjoyed it anyway)

I definitely enjoyed it!
