Really beautiful game. Took me a minute to understand what I was doing, but found myself curious as I went on. Love the idea. It was lovely experience to play. Great job and well done on first jam for GWJ. Love the art style.

Developer

Ooh, I'm glad you became curious! Thank you for playing!

Such a lovely game! Again: I'm in love with your art style. Also loved the firefly part of glowing up and flowers responding back to you.

On your questions on help with controls, font, etc: Reach out to me on discord or anywhere else and would love to catch up and help out where I can!

I'm glad you liked being a firefly!

I am noticing that all the games-related things use Discord. I should probably make an account for this, and I'll ping you when I do. I appreciate the offer of help!

Very interesting atmospheric game! Loved the atmosphere and seeing the world change as you progress . Good work!

Developer

Thank you for enjoying the atmosphere and playing the game!

To be honest, it started feeling a bit more like a repetitive chore from the second or third day on for me, but I guess it's fair for a more abstract game

Thank you for playing and your honest feedback! I'd originally envisioned the days each having their own unique puzzles up on the surface, but I ended up losing a couple development days and had to settle for using the placeholders. Maybe someday I'll add those in :)

This is nothing short of true art! Furthermore I appreciate a peaceful, non-stressful game in this jam! Congratulations on this piece.

Developer

Thank you so much! I'm finding game jams to be a great artistic outlet :)

It's a shame your day and night cycle broke before you uploaded it. Really nice art and music though, it creates a nice calm atmosphere for your game.

Developer

Thanks for playing! Atmosphere was my #1 goal :)

The days/nights should be switching properly in the current version. I'm not sure how long the grace period is but I had a fix uploaded about 15 minutes after the deadline. That's what I get for trying to last-minute fix the windows stickeykeys issue...

Might be my bad then, but I am unsure how to progress after the first night.

The art and music of this really blew me away, I wish I could have figured out what to do during the first night other than make pretty flashing lights.

Developer

Thank you!

Pretty flashing lights are their own reward.
