This was a really sweet piece. I think "hungering fungi" has got to be one of my new favorite phrases. Great job picking out such evocative details about the natural world; I thought your soil descriptions and the bits about the wolves were particularly strong. Nice work!

Oh, I loved this one. Sere-ene, ifyouknowwhatImean. I liked that it looped and I also liked that it had an end. Haunting but beautiful, and also quite educational! Also big kudos to your artist, it added a very nice touch. From a tech perspective, the images overlapped with the text sometimes making it difficult to read, and the actual choice was sometimes only visible if you went into full screen mode, but those are minor things :)

This was entrancing, meditative, and beautiful. I had a lot of fun playing! The contrast of Stage Four with the rest was very evocative. 

As a quick note, I also had the bug where I couldn't progress but found a work around. What happened was that after each new stage, I couldn't see the options that followed it. I think it's possible the issue is a result of #CLEAR working? The issue was fixed by saving and loading.

Thanks for playing! Initial tests seemed to indicate that it was the #IMAGE tag refusing to load content beneath it, so we tried a workaround with #CLEAR; perhaps that's malfunctioning in some way? Documentation on integrating images with Ink seems to be limited, unfortunately. But thank you for playing on despite the bug!

Thanks for playing our game (and not giving up at the bug! We're trying to fix the loading issue but it's currently baffling us.)

Immortality and the ways that affects the perception of time were definitely on our minds while creating this! And we definitely liked implementing that cheeky little time loop as a nod to endless, eternal cycles.

I wish there was more to this! It's short and sweet, and I think this has a lot of potential if you want to expand it. The descriptions feel concrete, it feels like you're really there. I'm not sure if there's supposed to be more to the story right now, it feels like a very abrupt end as soon as you reach Stage 1. I also really like the title card for Stage 1, the art is quite nice even though it's a little buggy right now.

Thank you for playing! It sounds like it's a little buggy, yeah. Loading the images really seems to make Ink unhappy. I'll see what I can do to fix it.

Yeah I wasn't able to progress before, I tried all the options. Seems to be working now, though!

Yeah, I'm sorry. I'm trying to figure out how to debug it but it's tough when it's all working on my end, haha. Really appreciate folks coming back to finish it even with the bugs!

Definitely curious about why and how character's connected to the land. There's a sorrow there that they're not ready to face head on yet. It's short and linear at the moment, but great foundations. (edit: I voted based on my play experience early on, so I'm not sure if there was a fix later because my playthrough was quite short?)

Thanks for playing! The character can be connected to the land in any way you want them to - we liked not giving an explanation. And we definitely decided to base our mechanics more on shuffled vignettes rather than branching paths so as not to overscope.
