Nice simple concept. I could see it expanded with different kind of balls (bouncy, heavier etc). Cool starting idea. One "issue" I had was that I got a level that was basically solved without rotating anything.

Developer

Thanks for trying the game

that was supposed to be interactive tutorial but not implemented

Simple and effective, quite fun !

Maybe it would help to have a smoother rotation, i struggled a bit with the choppiness of the pads, it made it a bit frustrating sometimes. nice work :)

Thanks for trying the game and the suggestions

maybe more freedom of movement would be better. I literally didn't have to touch anything when aligned. cool idea though 👍

Cool concept! Would love to see more levels if you plan on adding them after the jam

Developer

Got a lot of good suggestions from the kenney community guys... will be interesting to implement them . up to 5 levels are there now, but game jam have two only..

My favorite level was the one where I didn't have to turn the paddles at all and the balls went into the goal :P Thanks for sharing!

Developer

ha ha..

It's a nice concept, and the execution is roughly decent.

Few things that come to mind are-

1. It needs visual feedback when the ball reaches the target. Maybe make the bin glow/blink, or add some confetti, or something that will be very clear but won't distract the player too much.

2. Set different colours to the UI and the game objects. It took me a while to figure out that the bin thing was the target area for the balls. (Even though I read the description)

Nice work, and good luck!

Developer

Thanks for playing and detailed suggestions..

Very nice! Maybe have fewer balls in a level or have pads moving during the level because otherwise feels a bit repetitive.

Developer

Thanks bro for trying my game and suggestions..

Great concept, though only being able to play 2 levels does limit it somewhat. I'll echo an echo: moving the paddles in smaller amounts would be great, and so would being able to move them with the mouse.

Developer

thanks for review and suggestions.. that's a good idea moving the pad

Submitted(+1)

Neat idea! I'll echo what Fyodor said below that the ability to move the paddles in smaller increments would feel a bit better. All in all, great job finishing and submitting!

Developer

thanks for the review..

yep, making the smaller angle rotation will open more possibility of create more levels..

Interesting gamedesign! Paddles will feel better if there was smoother animation. Your a using Godot, best game engine in the world (I using ot too), so you definitely want to check Tween node to make smooth animations.

Developer

Yep Godot is cool

Thanks bro for the intro to Tween node will check it out
