Super cool concept, great use of visuals, nice sfx, a good head scratcher and fun!
fun and very responsive side scroller! the coyote time could be increased a tiny bit; there is no play around ledges. otherwise i had quite a bit of fun!
Love the flexibility :D Though it doesn't always work since the jump isn't always register and in the next level where you have the multiple beams, I wanted to knock them down like dominos and jump on them before they fell but the game didn't registered I had landed :( I know it breaks the intended solution but it makes it more fun for me to experiment and play :D Nicely done! to solve things in a different way :D
Hard but funny.
Really fun ! love the concept, would definitely play a long version of it ^^
Fun platformer! I found it a bid difficult in the end but appreciated the level progression.
Great game idea! Really hard in places - I think that coyote time might have been a nice addition for the more platform-centric levels... Overall I enjoyed it a lot!
Really enjoyable, would definitely play a full game of this. Not sure if it was intended, but being able to stick to a wall by walking into it while falling is nice because it gives more time to think about my imminent demise :D
Good use of the theme. I found the physics a little wonky though (though that may have been the point). Also the wall stickyness got in the way some times.
Jankyness of physics into a small none repetitive puzzle, count me in!
I even replayed the game again just to test something, a must try for everyone :)
I wanted to try it again live, so here's the link if you're curious : https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1570087787?t=00h44m00s
The idea is really cool, but something about the character controls feels off, also the physics sometimes feel a little bit weird. With a little bit more time spent on polishing this would be a really good game!
Creative idea! Easy to understand and control.
like the game :), ingenious and with a lot of potencial
good job <3
Lots of fun, well polished and well thought-out! Very cute little platformer.
Nice little platformer, with an interesting twist.
I really liked it!
Fun game, felt a bit like having the gravity gun from Half Life but then in 2D.
Growing and shrinking features were also pretty neat
Wow, this feels really well made, and its hard to believe it was made in 48 hours! I feel like the growth power could have been integrated into the level design a bit more, as some of the levels didnt need it at all. I also discovered a bug where the sfx would keep playing if the target piece went under the map, I suspect because it became unloaded. Other than that, really well done!
Thanks for the feedback! I agree that I could have used the growth power significantly more, I wanted to get some levels that showed a variety of things rather than repeating the same principle of 'move box here, grow box, jump on box'.
That sfx bug is pretty annoying yeah. It's because when an object unloads, it doesn't call the function to turn the gun off. Easy fix, but just noticed it too late.
Thanks again for the feedback!
Really interesting concept! I got stuck in a level thought, but that might just be me. The sfx I think are a bit too loud. But overall, a cool game.
Thanks! Some of the levels, especially near the end, are a little bit more puzzling to solve. SFX were added quite late in the jam so I didn't have too much time to refine them perfectly, but I'm glad you liked it!
