Very fun and addicting game. Cool concept and well executed!

Developer

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it :)

Its a pretty good sign for a game when the player says "just one more" and spends and extra 10+ minutes playing the game with multiple "just one more" moments!

Love the agario style game and the addition of mutations is a unique twist on the gameplay loop.

Got to wave 12 with 66 parmecia infected!

Developer

Thank you for the feedback! Wave 12 is about 50% of the way to the end!

Dang! Maybe I will have to give it another shot!

Simple and fun game.

Nice idea and pretty fun. I wish I had a little bit more control over movement and not as much momentum but I guess that is part of the challenge. Played quite a while for all of the upgrades. Nice work!

Developer(+1)

Thank you, very kind of you to say!

I like this a lot! Its simple but fun! And the variation is awesome!

Developer(+1)

Thank you :)

This is great. well done.  Movement is a bit jerky. But I liked playing.

Developer

Glad you enjoyed it, thank you for your kind words :)

Very fun! It is hard in the beginning, but once you get the hang of it and hold on longer, it is worth it. Just one suggestion, when the time to feed is running out could have some sound counter, or some different visual on the screen... I lost many times by going up to the enemy without paying attention that time was running out

Developer(+1)

Glad to hear you enjoyed it, and thanks for the feedback. If we pick it up to develop it further we'll definitely add some more feedback to that to prevent unpleasant surprises!

I enjoyed this one, well paced, clear visuals, and easy controls. Matched the theme well too.

Developer

Thank you, glad you enjoyed it :)

A fine fun spin on Spore and Agar.io ,  really enjoyable, well done.

Developer

Thank you :)

Really cool game, very creative, I like that you defeat enemies only with movement and rotation. Tutorial is very polish this can be a game for kongregate of something like that. Some feedback would be to include more and crazier mutations.

Developer

Thanks for the kind words, and yeah, we kinda ran out of time to make more mutations, but that indeed was the plan. :)

This one takes me back to the flash game era. I'm not sure why exactly... I just felt reminded of flash games and this really felt like a fully fledged game, very impressive for a jam game! A nice tutorial, very simple but also kinda strategic and difficult gameplay, persistent upgrades, nice clear visuals, really really nice work! Ohhh I think it might be Bubble Tanks that I'm kinda reminded of.. I mean it's quite different, but there's something kinda similar too. Awesome work :)

Developer (1 edit)

I can definitely see the similarities with bubble tanks!
Now if only we can get the same amount of players as them haha

Good one. When the jam ends can you upload it as downloadble?

Developer

Love this game. Really good implementation of theme. I think it could win the jam.

Developer

Glad you like it, and thanks for the kind words!

A really clever way of implementing the theme for the game jam! I also like that there is a tutorial section and the list of mutations.  I also like the upgrades, though the 50% enemies looks like only few are removed or maybe because I didn't notice their removal (an animation of them exploding would be great :) ) I would love to see some more variation on how the paramecia and enemies look like, good job!

Developer

Thanks for appreciating my work on the list of mutations :)
As you may imagine, I did not have a whole lot of time to QA all of them, so the 50% enemies one might very well be broken in some way haha

Try zooming out your browser, that might help see the whole screen :)

Really well made! Love the overall feel of the game and it's progression was very addicting!

Developer

Thanks for the kind words!

Totally loved this. Satsifying on so many levels.. designing how the microorganism grows rotating and jabbing into enemies at the right time, art + music are rad. it looked terrific on the tv too, although if anything the size of fonts of the sub windows were a bit too small to read easily.  great job!

Developer

Woohoo, our game made it to the big screen! Glad you liked it!
I've heard others talk about the size of fonts as well, so I will definitely be improving upon that in the next update.

This game looks good. It would probably be more fun if you didn't die from one hit.

You have to use the white paremicia to defend yourself

One of my favorite games from the jam. The game is simple to learn, and I absolutely love the roguelike aspect of it. Really good submission :)

Developer

Hearing your game is one of someone elses favorites is very uplifting, thank you so much :)
