Use of the limitation
The limitation was "chaos is everything." Firstly, this partly inspired the game concept, as it depicts how chaos is present everywhere in the twists and turns of our day-to-day lives. It influences the game directly, in that there is a stopwatch running at all times, pressuring you to move faster. This, as well as the harsh feedback the player receives upon making a mistake, makes the player in a constant state of chaos.

That was amazing! It was both hilarious and difficult at the same time! I didnt know what the dotted lines were at first but you get the hang of it eventually, I noticed that there was no indication if you used spacebar yet and the fact that there is no punctuation and capital letters, maybe add those
Pro
The idea is really good. It's very pretty and well executed. But the typing controls were kind of wrong. You required spaces, which is good if you're going to be precise, but then you didn't use apostrophes, contractions, capitalizations, or punctuation. I sort of love it but I really want to see typing either nicer or more accurate for it to really work. Sorry/thanks/still a great game!
As an introvert I relate so much to your game, every small mistake you make makes you feel less and less confident, the small akward moments, you plan your next move due to anxiety and so on. It's very well through! The art is so pretty and the feedbacks are really nice, it feels very polished.
I had issues typing numbers, but maybe it has to do with me using an azerty keyboard switched in qwerty. Amazing work!
I struggled a bit with what I had to do first. I clicked everywhere to find out as it wasn't so obvious that it was a typing game. When trying to move there were those red flashing. I understood the second run, but a quick hint would've been great. The font was a bit difficult for me to read with a and o really close to each others.
That said I liked the art and all the little details here and there and the general ambiance, you can feel the stress and the embarassment from those situations. Thanks for the experience :)
Very nice experience. It reminds me to real life and it was a bit depressing but I must recognise that it’s an awesome work!
This was really well made, and pretty much perfect in capturing that feeling of dread - I started off confident, but the first time I was called out on making a mistake I started to doubt myself and began to make more and more. Very true to life!
The art is lovely, and the audio really sets a good tone for each of the interactions. The speaking sounds are wonderful too :)
thank you very much!! i did want to make people feel progressively more cautious about their next moves so i'm glad it worked :)
I like this game a lot. It was a really good experience :D
thank you!!
I'm in this game and I don't like it. I love everything about this game! The gameplay, the idea, the sounds, the art... Great job!
thank you! im glad you enjoyed it! :)
The pangs of pain at the slightest mistake.
Imagining the phrase to say before saying it out loud.
The "Doctors Appointment" screen with all the info written down in front of you.
Social Interaction Simulator is the perfect title, because this is spot on at representing it. And of course you proposed all the possible worst case scenario where the conversation goes on and on and on...
And the exaggerated crowd reaction that covers your phrase.
Absolutely perfect - Wonderful job!
thank you SO much, this is so rewarding to read!! i'm really glad you liked it :)
this game embodies im in this picture and i don't like it hhhh
really enjoyed playing and the dialogue was tooo accurate. The art is also very pretty and the background sounds are actually quite immersive.
I like the take on the theme and limitations. It felt like genuine interactions which I also liked! I agree that there could have been more indications as to what to do initially but it didn't take that long to figure out. Overall good concept and experience ! great job
Art, concept, realisation... I loved everything!
Great job!!
Actually a very fun typing game! Loved the art and speaking sounds, reminded me a bit of animal crossing. Great work.
I wasn't expecting this. Very creative and for sure social anxiety is chaotic. Good job, I was starting to stress out haha
I loved it!
Very nice concept. It really does capture how anti-social people do feel when they need to interact with others. I think it could work as a full game with more levels. Good work.
omg it's a psychological horror.
This was awesome! I was a little lost at the beginning and didn't know I had to type things out so I lost a couple times, but once I got it I enjoyed it a ton. Typing didn't seem to be working for me in fullscreen though.
Very interesting concept. And too relatable. Definitely got that chaotic anxiety going. It would be better if the timer was going down than up, and clearer instructions on what you are supposed to be doing. Took some time to figure out that I am meant to type the grey words.
It was definitely some interesting mechanics.
Very nice gameplay, and very good game concept, I like it!
