I like the visuals and the effects, and the game is fun to play. The design of the main character is interesting, and I have absolutely no clue why, but it reminds me of toe jam & Earl. Good job!

I had a really good time trying your game :)

Very good! I had a lot of fun with this. Not much else to say, excellent work!

I really enjoyed your game! Very unique approach to the sacrifice theme. I would love to see this explored even more. Maybe allow the player to control all the parameters of the incoming waves based on their (non) sacrifice. For example: spawn rate, enemy count per wave, removing the ability to shoot down enemy projectiles, etc. Awesome work, especially for a solo project!

Thank you so much! My initial idea for the game was to let the player start with a wide range of abilities and by the end of each wave make the player sacrifice an ability to the enemies, and thereby make the player progressively weaker and the enemies stronger. But then I remembered I was just one guy with a life and mental stability to consider XD

Perfect execution! The particles, screenshake and bullet noises, I'm always aware what's going on.

If anything I think it's a bit annoying having to smash the mouse button, since there's no firing animation or cool down, feels like arbitrary difficulty, but the game play still works really well.

Very high quality overall! Cheers to my fellow Godot dev :D
