Ginger Power utilizes a count down timer. The player has 30 seconds to answer as many questions as they can before the time runs out!

I genuinely had a lot of fun with this game, I think it is the first time that I see this type of quizz in a mini-game during a jam and i loved it : my best score was 7.
the art and overall visual/sounds effects are well made ! This is really impressive for a first project, let alone a first jam !

Pretty good game
I really enjoyed this I got a score of 9 just wish it lasted longer and there was more questions didn't even notice the bulbs as lives but overall had a lot of fun and it felt smooth to walk and jump.
Gotta go read some more facts to improve my terrible score lol. Didn't expect a trivia game in this jam, but the game works really well with the jam's limitation. Overall good work!
My Highscore is 11! It would be cool if getting a question right slightly increased your timer so if you are lightning fast you can keep ahead of the deadline. Awesome vibes!

This was a fun quiz game! I like the pixel art and I think you did a good job picking questions cuz I felt like a genius as I kept getting them right. The name of the game gave me a good laugh too, awesome job!

Sometimes when I got an answer wrong, I would have loved to read a follow-up about it. For example the "elephants can't jump" question I got incorrect. It would be really neat if the game told me "Actually.. Rhinos, hippos, and sloths also cannot jump!" before going to the next question.
Also, sometimes I accidentally double-pressed the button if I slightly walked past it in the corner, and I'd immediately answer the next question (Sometimes incorrectly) so adding a short delay on the buttons after you press it might be useful
I really enjoyed the fun facts you picked for the game! The graphics were well done and the music was perfect for the game. It was really interesting to see the variety of questions and I even learned some cool new factoids!

I actually have the answeres saved into the JSON I just have t figured out the best way to display them. Since it's on a countdown I didn't want the player to have to wait to see the next question. But maybe a log at the end to display all the answers. Thanks for the great feedback. I also experienced the double press issue a delay maybe the solution. Thanks!
Really enjoyable game! I wish the timer was longer and the charcter fell faster, but that's it! Good job :)
Great feedback I can definitely increase the gravity. I thought about implementing a game settings screen to increase the timer. In the future I may be able to set different question categories. :)
