Awesome !! 5 Stars for the game, concept gameplay and graphics..

This is an interesting concept. I found the whole atmosphere, including the illustrations and music, to be very harmonious with the "Ugh, something's not working" style.

A third key is applied for retries, but that's not the essential problem. This is one of the pieces I liked the most, even as a use of limitation.

Really loved the art and how you guys used the limitation! The sounds and music is also great! The levels were also super interesting, but I ended up getting stuck in the wave level XD!

Great work, keep it up!

huh, we made the same mistake. there are 3 buttons in total, the one in the left circ;e, the one in the right, and R. Otherwise this game is pretty good.

Hey, the idea is really good! I think that with a little bit more of work it could turn out to be a great game. It's quite fun! And the sound and music goes really well with the art style.

This is such a fantastic take on the limitation! I really enjoyed that. I agree that the last level is a bit cheap with the water arbitrarily changing directions and I also felt like, for being the last level, it didn't really use the core mechanic very well. Everything else about is was great though. A bit of polish, a few more mechanics, and a few more levels and I could easily see this being quite a popular little game.

Pretty good game! The mechanics are nice and lead to some pretty unique levels.

The SFX is way too loud compared to the music though. The place the water switches directions at also tends to be a bit arbitrary and there's not really a good way to know on the first run through the level.

Nice game, very creative idea. It took me a while to figure out that you could press r to restart the level - it would be good to make that more obvious just to prevent the whole game from needing to be restarted if you get stuck somewhere. Otherwise, great effort!

Submitted

Just so you know: you can actually press R to restart the level.

Very fun game! You caught my attention at the last Mini Jam and you didn't disappoint in this one. Great job!

Pretty fun little puzzles even if I got stuck and had to refresh the page a lot.

Ehh, maybe, but you needed only follow the limitation: "Remember, theme is purely inspirational and not required".

IK, that only was good thing to make)

This is a really really clever way of using the limitation !

Cool fun platformer. Nice concept. The use of limitation is great here!

As one of the games creators I really appreciate that. Thanks!

I really like how you devised a way to make a platformer despite the limitation of two buttons. Very creative! It really makes the player think about their next move, or they might find themselves unable to go back and have to restart the level. Nicely done!

Very funny puzzles and the usual unique nice style!
