Description
While I only composed two tracks, the type of game I was envisioning while composing was a mix between Celeste and Omori, in which the player would have to overcome obstacles physically and also emotionally. These tracks were composed in FL Studio over the course of four days. I wish I could have composed more, but due to work and other personal life interferences, this was the best I could produce within my own schedule.

1. A Moment's Rest This track would play when the player reaches a checkpoint of sorts in the bubbly landscape of their imagination. Around you are clouds of blue and purple, and fauna of deep lavender sprout from the ground. You look around as you finally get a moment's rest from the perils you've just encountered. The question is how long will you be able to enjoy this break before your next hardship faces you?

2. Inside My Mind This track would play when the main character in the game starts to have an internal conflict with themselves. Unbeknownst to you, it seems as if the environment around you is controlled by your emotions, and as you start to have an anxiety attack, your whole world seems to crumble from beneath your feet. The serene pink sky and lush blue waves all seem... wrong, as now the world is flipped upside down, praying for your downfall. You just have to remember, it's all inside your mind. Breathe. Just breathe.

Theme

Inside my world
Picture theme

How does it fit the theme?
I believe this soundtrack fits the picture and written theme due to the ambient elements used in both tracks. For "A Moment's Rest", I can visualize gelatinous bubbles floating through the air as our main character inhales the brisk, cold air around them. As for "Inside My Mind", the song uses playful instruments, while taking on a more serious undertone throughout the duration of the song, in which I can see a colorful world start to dull and crack around our protagonist, where they would then have to find balance to restore the order of said world.

I liked both tracks, but the second one was more interesting and fun, really enjoyed it. Good job!

Loved "a moment's rest", it's really chill and relaxing! I found some of the harmonies in "Inside My Mind" a bit too jarring for me, but very much appreciate the creativity in both tracks - well done!

Super relaxing :>, really enjoyed just getting to lean back and vibe in my chair to this. I love the more experimental choices in Inside My Head, I think they worked really well, and conveyed that serious undertone you mentioned really well.

I really liked the second track the bubbly instrument in the background sounded a lot like a hat in time!

yo! cool tracks charmie! to me, a moments rest feels very whimsical and fantastical, but in inside my head i’m definitely getting some omori-celeste vibes!! the only feedback i have is that sometimes it feels like the tracks get a bit monotonous. i think they would benefit from some variation in the chords or arrangement. it kinda feels like youre just layering things on, with the occasional melody change. but that doesn’t detract from the fact that this is a short, cute, and sweet ost. good stuff overall!

Very interesting tracks. My favorite parts was the low brass in "A Moment's Rest" and the synth leads in "Inside My Head".

Before anything I just wanna say that I find it incredibly funny that you had that idea in mind, since I had something very similar in mind lol. But it's very interesting to see how you have a very different approach in comparison to me.

I really liked both songs but especially the 2nd one was very nice in my opinion, because it has that amazing transition, which really lets you imagine a bizarre world in which all of your imaginations can become reality, good and bad. And because the first piece doesn't have any drums the drop really gives feeling of moving forward and progression into the deeper layers.

Overall very nice Songs, keep it up!
