Description
I used Ableton Live 11 to make this and the genre is a mix of Electronic, Cinematic, and Folk music.
Overall Story: Lillica awakens in a dream world after following her late mother's voice. The land is filled with beasts and other fantastic creatures that Lillica must face to find her way home.
Lullaby:
It introduces the motif for the game and represents a lullaby Lillica's mother used to sing to her.
Ancient Ruins:
An overworld theme for an area in the game.
Dance of the Black Blood Knight:
The boss theme for an enemy called "The Black Blood Knight". The Black Blood Knights fought in a way that people could only describe as a "dance" This erratic and almost unpredictable fighting style made them fierce opponents during the "Age of The Lost".
Message from the artist
I hope you like it :))
Theme
How does it fit the theme?
I took the theme and image at face value so it's as if the people and world depicted in the picture is the game itself.

Wow... your soundtrack impressed me with its variety!
Beauty and epicness at the same time, mixed with a sense of new discoveries in Lullaby, fun and the spirit of adventure in Ancient Ruins (This track reminds me of Slime Rancher, heh) and the wind-up dynamism in Dance Of The Black Blood Knight - all this creates a cheerful atmosphere, albeit a small, but integral and exciting adventure!
I liked. Thanks!

Enjoyably cozy stuff. I like the addition of the drums in the second track, as it produces a driving, determined sound. Overall the game feels very cohesive and strong on a sonic level and it would likely work as a game OST.
Really nice instrumentation, orchestration, and mix throughout! Well done!
Engaging and entertaining throughout! May just download this for listening after the jam is completed!
What a cool OST! Songs were on point and totally nailed the purpose of each track. Mixing and mastering sounded good too. I think the second song was my fav out of the three but its really hard to say. Great work on this I really enjoyed checking it out : )
Hi! I loved your submission, the overall ambience is well crafted and liked your composition.
The first track (the theme) is both soothing and bittersweet in a sense, I don't know why but it reminds me of a FF 7 crisis core music :o
The Overworld theme is very evocative, it's perfect for adventure or discovery!
And the last track, what a boss battle theme !! Definetly see JRPG in there, this is awesome :) And the fact that you defeat the boss with some kind of "dance", love it!
Thank you for this submission and would gladly hear more about your music :)
Awesome composition! Black blood knight felt really strange and energetic!
These were really great! The string instruments in every track were so good!
Great orchestration. Each track really felt like something that could actually be heard over and over as the player navigates the game without getting boring, or sounding like just standalone music.
The production is excellent with Lullaby being my favorite track. In Dance of the Black Blood Knight, you might want to break the 5/4 pattern with a measure of 6/4 or 4/4 every so often. Doing that helps me generate new ideas sometimes too. Good job overall!
I enjoyed the string voice tones on Dance of the Black Blood Knight. My ongoing journey seeing everyone doing very disciplined work with regular quantization, and my own was a freeform manually performed thing, lol.
Great job, I had a blast listening to it all. A very visual/story-telling approach to composition, your tracks really speak for themselves and take you on Lillica's journey with them. The instrumentation and composition is tasteful, balanced, and suits the theme - and Lillica's story - quite well. The mix itself is balanced, the sounds are detailed, textured and worked on, and overall it feels alive and not Midi at all. Congratulations, I'm excited to hear what you'll make in the future ! :-)
