Description
(NOTE: Forgot to mention that the second track is meant to loop so that's why it cuts off so quick. Thanks everybody for wondering about that. I completely forgot to mention it. lol It can be looped with all the parts or just the piano and then add the strings and ambience later.)

Genre is more of a pop and bright feel. The second one is more of a soft emotional type. The type of game would be a platformer type game.

With You could be used as the main theme of the game or main character. Also it can be used as a in game level track if the lead is taken out. A few sections can be looped throughout a level and the vamp and ending could be transitioned after a level is completed.

I used Logic Pro Studio to make both tracks and used stock instruments with some basic mixing.

Message from the artist
I also did the cover art. It was done in Clip Studio. The general idea was that when going on a journey we tend to look forward or look up and forward as we embark on it.

Theme

Inside my world
Picture theme

How does it fit the theme?
I used both a little but mainly the picture theme. I put them together and wanted to create a track that shows the girl/game character that their world is full of joy, a lot of ups, some suspense moments but generally good.

And in those moments, sometimes we have low/slow moments where we need to believe in ourselves. And in those moments we sometimes look up for help. That's where the picture theme easily plays out a mother/child theme. Which doubles for me as my mother passed away a month ago.

So inside my own world there are happy moments, but also painful ones, but ones of courage as well. So that's the direction I wanted with these tracks.

This soundtrack is lovely!

I truly enjoyed all the different moments of WithYou and in Just One More, the atmosphere you have managed to create due to the harmony and sound choices is very beautiful.

Well done!!

Wow... well...

it was definitely one of the brightest and most positive soundtracks of this jam, heh)

I like everything in this soundtrack: from the strong and beautiful piano part, to the flute, pads, syntwave effects and DRUMS!!1!

Just One More - Sounds... Sad? It sounds sad, but it doesn't make you sad... Is it trying to give me hope for something?

I liked it! Thanks!

Very upbeat soundtrack! I especially enjoyed the mixture of synthetic and organic instruments in the second track. Great job!

This is so fun and uplifting yet pensive in the second track! Awesome work!

Amazing work! The chords you used in the second song are truly beautiful.

Nice melodies. In the second song I like that chord at 1:40. Makes it more emotional.

I think something that you could do to make the first song even better would be to change up what instrument is playing the melody. I love that it is fresh all the way through and I think an instrument change or 2 would make it even better IMO.

Seems like a lot of subtle things went in to make this sound "full," well done!

Such a contrast between both and yet they both sound so beautiful one next to each other. Great listen thank you!

Probably some more work needed on mastering (i'm culprit of it too) otherwise nothing to say!

Wow I'm really really like your tracks! It's relaxing and I don't know what to say, but it's really great for me.

I love this composition style! Really gives the exciting feeling of setting out on a new adventure. 「一緒に」っていう曲は爽やかな感じがするなぁ :3

Very nice cover art!

I really loved the playfulness of the first track. The change in mood is great too, and it is overall very nice to listen. Why does the second track end so abruptly tho ? It's really too bad, I was totally with the flow of the piano :( But it's really great. Great job!!

Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad you mentioned it because I forgot to add that the second track is meant to loop so that's why it cuts off like that. Sorry about that. lol

Ahah that's okay! I understand better.

Nice work on these two tracks. The first one has a catchy melody. The second one has a

Love your cover art!

Stark contrast between both tracks, but they're both equally great. WithYou is carefree and full of joy. Strong composition on this track. Just One More is soothing and relaxing. The feels kick in at 2:00. Great use of the piano and ambient noise from that point.

My condolences for your mother.

Thanks! I really did want to create two different moods because that's kindof how our minds are most of the time. I knew exactly which part you were talking about with the second track at 2:00. lol It did the same with me and I would just loop that part over and over and just feel. Thank you for the kind words and condolences.

Production on both of these is really great, kudos. I really like Just One More in particular - can't beat piano-driven evocative pieces. The supporting strings and pads here are gorgeous and sit so well in the mix. Really good job with these, for real. Best of luck!

Thanks! I'm just glad everyone is enjoying it. Piano\keys have always been my strongest instrument so it's a comfort area. I wanted to try different things but with the timeframe I probably wouldn't have made it in time. lol
