Description
Welcome, adventurer! Delve into the highest depths of the Tower, a gigantic structure built from the darkest secrets of your soul. Keep going up and reach the final floor to face your Ego and discover the truth about yourself.
The Unending Tower is a point and click adventure game where you will have to solve the puzzles in each level and keep ascending without losing track of your mischievous Ego, who is always one step ahead.
1. Ritual
The track for the main menu, loopable.
2. An Open Door
The beginning of the adventure.
3. The Secret
The theme of Ego, your main antagonist: yourself.
4. New Spaces
The ending theme.
I used Cubase Elements 13 and the VSTs it includes, and my cellphone as a midi controller.

Some interesting ideas in here. After having listened to Ritual, I presumed all the pieces would be chiptunes but the change of instrumentation in An Open Door is great; still rooted somewhat in chiptune voicings at the beginning, but giving way to some really nice piano chords and a wandering melody atop. Very pensive piece, nicely paced and developed.
I dig the delayed attack in the core synth of The Secret - it gives it that old-school kind of flare, and the slowly closing filter helps sell this all the more. Nice little resonant bump to add some texture to the sound, too.
New Spaces also has a really nice lead patch - this almost gives me loose TLOU vibes at points, truth be told. Timbre is nice and airy, ambiguous feeling. The accompaniment below is simple but does a great job in bolstering that lead melody.
Solid submission - this made for an interesting listen with some cool ideas and progressions.
Thank you so much for taking the time to give your feedback! I'm very happy to hear you found it interesting.
Nice variations of the leitmotiff, very well developed!
I can't wait to hear them in a game♥
Great work!!
Thank you!
I like how it is minimalistic in a good way. I can actually picture it in some game in my head while listening to it. Good work!
Thanks a lot!
I liked the choir you used in the secret.
Thanks!
Oh, the time of the curious synthwave.....
Ritual - sounds like a cool intro to something dynamic.....
An Open Door - ...and that “dynamic” doesn't happen... But we do get some beautiful piano playing! (I love that gurgling sound in the background).
The Secret - Atmosphere of something mysterious and something that should be kept secret. Anyone who learns anything about this secret will have to keep it in their mind until the day they die.... Heh)
New Spaces - Volumetric track... Good!
You have a good idea! I like it!
Hehehe, thank you very much! Synthwave forever!
Some neat Synth work here. I like how it is not too complex to follow and very immersive at the same time. These two are usually hard to balance. New Secret is my favorite.
Thank you!
Some really nice ideas here! The composition is solid, and the tracks portray their description pretty well!
Nice!
Thank you so much!
An Open Door is a really interesting mix of classic and electronic, really enjoyed it. Overall nice work, nothing really to say here other than good job :)
Thanks a lot!
The beginning of "Ritual" gave me the stank face!!!
Yay! Thank you!
Really loved An Open Door! Loved the piano with background strings. I also liked the right-panned vocals in I think The Secret.
Thanks a lot! Glad you enjoyed it!
Simplistic, but not in a bad way. Enjoyed the few tracks you had going!
Thank you so much. Very happy to hear that!
