Really unique way to implement fishing, i like it, music is really good, UI and Assets fit the theme really well, all of the special effects are amazing, and I love how the game looks

Developer

thank you so much for the feedback, and thank you for testing it😊

Okay now this one is GOOD.

I absolutely loved the detail and effort put into the game. Magic effects from the hands was my favourite part! And the tutorial was a great touch.

Did anybody else notice the water outside the house when they looked out the window? I love that we may never know what's out there. :) Great way to keep us guessing!

PS. Just want to give you a heads up. Looks like if you are holding the LMB down while entering math answers and the timer runs out, the game crashes. Well I mean it did for me anyways. Why was I holding the LMB down you ask? I have no idea. Lol

thank you for testing it and the nice feedback! Haha, thank for finding that bug, i will try to recreate it and fix it!

Great game! Interesting way to approach fishing :D All the aspects of the game are well-fit together. I can see it easily becoming a fun way to teach the kids some arithmetics (although when I upgraded the runes one level I suffered with the divisions severely :D). Great game keep it up!

P.S: I saw some green light through the door but couldn't get out. I guess I'm grounded until I finish my homework :(

Thank you for testing it and the feedback! I have plans to expand on this idea and make it more customizable so it fits more age groups.
You are not allowed to go out and play until homework is done 😅😉

Very well put together, art style, music and sound design, UI all consistently good. A fun educational game but not really a fishing game. Didn't find any bugs. Great work

Developer

Thank you for trying it and the feedback

This is very well done (nice cozy setting, cool visual effects, relaxing music) and a lot of fun to play. The one thing I struggled with was during the tutorial and finding where to go. There's a lot of running around and the arrow marker isn't always visible from where you are, so maybe you could add more visual cues where you need to go during the tutorial.

Developer

thank you for trying my game and the feedback. Much appreciated. The tutorial i have plans to make better, i agree it can be hard to see.

Very abstract idea of fishing! Like this a lot! Graphics sound and HUD fit very well! Great Work!

Phenomenal! This is my favorite entry so far, and I've tried a bunch of the others. The idea is clever and unique. Plus i love the cheaky names and meshes for the fish. It wasn't until the 4th fish when I had noticed the fish souls flying about the top of the room, stellar addition (no pun intended). This is wonderful. Love it!

Thank you! i really appreciate it

Oh, also I like the runes as stylized elements. I am Norse Pagan so they carry a bit more meaning to me and its clear they were just used as decoration, but I'm not one to get upset about things like that. Seems silly to do so. They each have a few meaning associated with them, might be worth looking into for future projects to give things a little more depth.

It was just an artistic choice to include it since i already have runestones and magic in the game. I am a viking my self so i knew they did not make a sense by meaning. My main project is a Norse inspired game where there will be much more focused on history and mythology

Oh cool! Well hopefully the Gods and fate will see you find success with your project! Anywhere I can keep an eye out for it or has it not yet been shown off anywhere?

my itch page should have most of the information. Twitch, youtube and so on😊 thank you!

Great Game. I enjoyed to play it very much, even there is Math included. Just after the first upgrade (on the right side), i was struggling a bit to much with division and multiplication lol. Over all it is very fun! Keep it up! GG

thank you! the difficulty was adjusted after you tried it ;)
