I really like the graphics of the game, and all of the assets, the UI is also pretty good. I would have like a more direct way to tell me what is the end goal of the game, or where should i go next.

So I wont repeat what most people have said before. Overall this feels more like a game that was in development before then retuned to add the fishing.
It was a great playing experience, didnt run into any bugs after over 30 mins of playing, loved the multiple islands to explore, loved the fish spawner instead of all the fish being preplaced (unless i'm mistaken). Overall well developed, great level design and very enjoyable.
What i didnt like however was that i was way way faster without the boat. Ik the boat is needed to catch the fish from the schools but seeing as the minigame is just picking them up i should be able to while swimming imo.
Wow! This was amazing for one month of work. It got dark by the time I had enough cash to buy a boat because I was just running around exploring and forgot it was a fishing game. Good quests. Good effect on the bubbles and there were actual fish swimming around to catch/collect.
This is A LOT of game in just a month. Everything runs smooth and the water texture is amazing, really nice to just swim around. Great job!
Lots of interesting things to do in this game, though it's not really about fishing. But I'm a sucker for exploration games, so I spent quite a bit of time just swimming, wandering and mantling about. Nice foundation to build this into something more elaborate.
Perhaps my biggest complaint is that this came as a RAR file and hence the itch.io app can't install this, so I need to do so manually. The archive also doesn't contain the Visual Studio runtime, so I have to go find this manually and install it if I don't have it installed already (like if I want to run this in a sandbox, for example). Unreal Editor has a checkbox that lets you easily include the redistributable files in the packaged build, so make sure to always do that.
Great job with this game! It was a good idea to have the coin spawner along with the fish spawner as it did take me a while to gather enough fish to purchase the boat. I think maybe reducing the price of the boat or increasing the sale price of the fish would help get into the fishing aspect faster.
It was a little hard to see the control commands against the sand but after moving the camera around they were easy to read. The UI and sound design were great and I like that each island had a lot to explore. I think a map with all the vendors would be useful as I did get lost the first time. I would have liked a proper fishing mechanic as it felt a bit underwhelming to get the boat only to have to pick up fish in the same way.
I can see where you were going with this and hope you continue to add to it as I think it would make for a very nice game with a bit more work!
Very nice game! Very well made. Love the graphics, the UI, the sound effects and the animation. The only thing that I really missed was a map to navigate around but maybe I just didn't find it. Some quests, especially the one before the last, couldn't read because they were chopped. Sometimes my fps dropped to 45 when I was swimming :D But those are some minor issues I guess. Excellent job! Wish you good luck.
My only complaint is the camera zoom out when you swim too far. Without that, could be a funny jump-scare!
Seriously excellent work. All around fun to play. Only REAL critique is that the fishing is lackluster. Just pick up items off the ground or use your boat to pick up items off the water. I think some additional work to add a proper fishing element to it and this would be a decently fun little game all said and done! Loved it.
