It had some good jump scares. I think the part in the castle is better than the outside part. I do had some small issues with text overlapping and got stuck while going down the stair but jumping helped. Anyway combined with the music the game has a great vibe.
Great music work! I liked the story too :)
The music is beautiful, Amazing job on that, but I think the jump scares are a little too much and too many, enjoyed the gameplay tho, good job!
I really appreciated that this game was mainly focused on the story, as it's very hard to usually fit one during a game jam! However, I feel that in terms of scaring the player, the game does a good job of building tension up until the player walks into the castle, but the castle itself would need to be a bit less illuminated to let the player wonder what's lurking in different corners. The jump scares themselves were paced well, but lost some effect when they lingered and I realized that they posed no danger to the character. The last segment of walking in such a tight corridor was a very claustrophobic experience that heightened the tension, kudos on that! Overall a great entry, congrats on putting all of this together in such a short period of time!
Awesome job. I thought the story was great. Also the jumpscares definitely got me several times. I love the poetry at the end. Its really cool how much you managed to get done in the short timeframe
I'm not a fan of random jumpscares without the game warning you that they're about to come, especially the parts where the demons pop out of nowhere. However, I do like the somber backstory and the spooky environment.
really cool, it's a nice game.
Nice story! That red monster really scared the hell out of me
Pretty cool story. I liked wandering through the castle. Great work!
The idea of making interactive legend (or fable idk how to name it correctly) is interesting, The narrator gives some atmosphere but screamers aren't very good. I think before screamer you need to create special atmosphere or something. It's hard to say how to do it properly since i'm not a horror developer, too. But the game is still pretty
Really nice game. The soundtrack is incredible and the jumpscare are pretty, but the UI is a bit bland. Solid entry !

I really liked the game overall! Here's a small feedback: The random screamers are a little too weak since they just pop in the middle of illuminated corridors, the music loops a bit too much during the whole game, specially when you stop to read the items and one last thing: some text and UI elements are being cut off the screen. the game is 8/10, good job guys!
Good job! I much more liked a story and music. I wish you success in future updates or releases of new games!
Wow, crazy that you managed to make it all in a week! Looks impressive. I liked it.
I liked it but the jumpscares felt too random. But other than that I enjoyed it.
I liked the story of this game, really sad... I liked the violin as well! I was invested to play, however some of the scares were a bit too random for me, they felt like they were put just for the sake of the scare. Other than that... great job, keep it up! <3
I loved the story, but I didn't like the jumpscares. They were too often and not that effective in my opinion. It broke the atmoshpere very often.
Like the level design and atmosphere!
But, as for me, too much screemers, I'm afraid of screemers (cold sweating smile).
Suggestion for better game experience: add depth of field and fog.
Really good music and sound design, the game was not glitchy and played well, i was never stuck it was really smooth and i enjoyed a lot! Well done guys!
