We wanted to take an unexpected turn on the theme -- so we took the word polar out of polarity and made a polar bear fishing game!

I really liked the atmospheric feeling created by the art/lightning and music, it felt really chill and relax, as for gameplay it was alright, I didn't understand what some upgrades did but I kept fishing for a while so that's a good sign, overall very cozy game for me, good job!
This. It's a solid entry! Really good game, with art, design, sound, and mechanics. The power-ups keep the users engaged! There is a negligible amount of bugs. Really well done for a 3 day jam

WOW . . THE GAME IS JUST AMAZING. the art is soo beautiful and it's also paired with amazing music. And the gameplay is really addicting and fun too. I think it has great potential, I'd love it if the game was actually expanded and you added something like an index of different type of fish.

Its so cozy and satisfying. Game loop is very classic and well designed. Game is polished and everything is very fitting. I love the vibe and I dont have any critique except for the game not fitting the theme too well but that's really the only thing. Awesome work!!

Excellent art and polish, the game feels very cozy and satisfying. The theme is a bit of a stretch though.
Big fan of the vibe on this one. The UI on the swing length being a fish's spine is a really nice touch that made me keep wanting to go back down. While the gameplay isn't revolutionary, the loop is proven to be fun and got me to play until reaching the bottom. Really good job!

The music, the graphics, the gameplay, the bear, the stars, everything is beautiful. This is audiovisual playable art! I have no words, I stayed playing until I made the rod reach the treasure.
This game feels like a cup of hot cocoa on a cold january night with winter storms outside. It could've had a more unique approach to the basic fishing mechanic. But you can't ruin the classics, ngl. Overall a great game with a unique and comforting atmosphere

This is easily the most beautiful entry. I played it quite a bit and it was fun to get deeper and find new fish.
It did not really fit the theme, but I enjoyed it.
