Very very fun! Initially, I thought it was going to always be at high speeds but the deceleration and reacceleration all the time makes it way more fun than I thought it would. Great job!

I love the cute bouncing penguin! And the music is very cute and fitting :). I couldn't get past level 4, and when I died a lot the music started getting repetitive (because it would restart the song with each life). It helps makes the play feel more smooth when the music continues playing through to the respawn. Just a thought.

Fun and challenging! The game is simple and has great visuals/audio! My only nitpick is that the acceleration/deceleration mechanic didn’t seem necessary, and I couldn’t tell when I was accelerating/decelerating. Overall, great game!!
Thanks! this game is a demo so I will expand on everything in the future! (Decelerating could help when you’re going too fast and Accelerating could help when you need to go faster but I understand what your talking about.)
FAT PENGUIN BOI gets 5 stars. The use of WOWIE was exceptional. Only real nitpick was that the accelerate/decelerate mechanic felt unnecessary (I don't think I actually used it after it was mentioned).
Haha lol, Thanks! This is just a demo so in the full release I will make sure to expand on all the mechanics and make sure there all equally used I just made it like that for the game jam demo.

This is really amazing. Small details for improvement: some sort of speed note (particles or even UI) so the player has a visual que of how fast he's going, 2) sometimes the crashing is a little unforgiving later on lol, and 3) I don't really see how it uses the jam theme. But I can't stress enough how fun this game is, great feel, just all around super neat and creative.
Sorry for the confusion The way the game connects with the theme is that in some types of games like Angry Birds or Subway Surfers you gotta collect the most collectibles (stars in angry birds) in order to get a new high score or advance onto the next level This game takes that concept and flips it on the head so in order to win you have to avoid the fish and not get any new high score to win!

Yeah I did understand that that was what you were going for, however the fish just becomes an enemy to avoid reskinned to look like a fish right. So, it's not bad it just could be stronger. But the game overall is really tight and awesome so I wouldn't worry about that too much!

Hey Great game I tried to play it first realized the issue with scrolling came her saw the comment bellow (F for Fullscreen) and then it was great to play, marke it on the Site really visible that you have to press F!!! :D It would be such a pitty if other would just quite the game because it is a gem :D keep on the good work!

Try to avoid the space button for controls since the page is scrolling... Looks lika a great game though.

Wow! A super simple game yet beautifully executed. The movement is really responsive and the jump is so satisfying. Collisions are great and none of my deaths felt cheated. Really great job!

Yeah I understand, the way the game is meant the fit theme is because in some games you have to collect all or most of the collectibles in order to pass onto the next stage or get a new high score kinda like in angry birds or subway surfers. This game takes that concept and flips it on the head so in order to win you have to avoid the fish and not get any high score to win. That was the way I interpreted the “failure is progress” Theme
