We plan to keep working on this little Project and are polishing the mini games; add some counters, cutting multiple vines, … some more polishment and adding NEW mini games

We are working on some fixes, after the jam, one of them is cutting more vines at one :)

Very fun, once you get into it. There is a lot of anti-aliasing going on there, sometimes the text is hard to read (at least at the beginning).

  • Oh it has save stats, that’s nice

The controls feels great, had fun jumping and moving around with it. Great color palette, reminds me a bit of some 90s games.

I love blasting through the cars :)

Could move the “Skip Intro” from the options into the main game and just hold click to skip.

The hit boxes are very unforgiving and I got stuck between the cars a lot :D

Love the cat sprites.

Text can be hard to read (even in fullscreen), font color and anti-aliasing can be changed. make the font bold and use contrast colors.

Great art and sound, music is very fitting.

Some skill base improvement can be made, just spamming going faster seems like enough. Adding moving platforms can make it more difficult.

Echolocation has some potential, like adding a mini map (top) and using echolocation on demand (RMB) to look platforms and obstacles ahead like a fog of war.

Art and sounds feels very retro, love it. Great enemy design.

Some better sign for low mana would be nice, like a audio clue. Controls can be improved, like holding RMB and keep moving.

We had this first, but also some problems with the cutting mini game, it was the last game to implement, can the cutting can be improved, for sure.

Our idea would be add Items in the game and something like a “machete” for cutting all vines at once.

Love the Farming aspect, growing and or even breeding faster and stronger crops for your race would add more depth.

Expect to the Rot, Player would experience some crop diseases or the need for a scarcrow, has a lot of depth potential there.

  • Love the art and the intro

The limited scenes makes it very clear what you can do in this game, transitions can be a bit faster, you can also add a Hotbar for switching scenes quicker, with that you can an Icon to make it more clear what you can do at a scene … or add an sign with “SHOP” on it.

Very nice speedrun mechanics with the ghost and quick restart. Animation is good and give a good sens of speed.

grappling hook can be a bit difficult, a doted preview line for the grappling hook with the mouse position can be a good QoL, so you don’t have to think about it and just go with flow of the run.

Thanks for the feedback, we plan to make some more mini games, just to learn more godot.

A new Level design with that view would works great, more detailed sprites can be used … an other good view would be to put the enemy in the background and the play is running down like in some Crash Bandicoot levels, you would see the enemy coming closer.

Super fun game and has good Level progression, colors for the elements works and you see every obstacle and boost.

games works great. It’s fun to play and you want to play more and try again. The view of where the raiders go is a bit hard to see. Graphics and audio are on point, run great in browser.

Presentation is top, love the camera movement, animations and sound design. Simple controls, good ready period when you need to press the mouse button and see what’s coming next. The police is brutal in this game :D

Awesome 2-bit art style, love those little Pico8 games.

Very neat idea with the time loop and the escape of it, a lot can be done in one map by changing things around while progressing the time loop. Colors are well chosen and good used for highlighting things

Love the idea of the controls, “carrot on a stick” … very interesting integration of the carrot with the environment so must “dodge” the platforms and think where you are going.

Very hard to control and the camera is a bit fast for my viewing. Art and effect are well done.

Moving other cars away are super fun :P

Very good Art direction, it’s super fun with the speeding and the shop+progression adds a little bit more depth.

Love the art style, this can be a very good kids game learning about the environment, but I guess helping Otje’s dad is also fine :D … even if those are not the papers he wanted :P

Can also be very good little Wimmelbild game <3

A bit hard to control and the player character is a bit jittering and for my taste a bit to small and hard to see, but the minimal choose of the colors and dark background make it very clear what every entity is.

Also awesome music, fitting.

Awesome presentations, love all the hint like arrows, animated cheese, audio clues, everything is use full when got chased by a cat. Sound and environment fits very well.

Love the isometric maps, good choose for this type of movement.

Great game. Lovely Art and sound, everything put well together.

Overall, good punishment and some extra things like a pause menu are always welcome

Good color choose, font and everything is clean and readable. Nice particle effects. The controls are very simple, yet a bit hard to master. Good little game

Overall a very good idea and usage of the theme. Controls can be improved, like usage of a mouse-while (scroll -> magic selection) or 123-keys for magic selection (for making it more intuitive).

The keys was a last minute change and for sure needed more testing and polishment, we don’t want to make the solution to obvious with WASD and avoid arrow-key to avoid browser-scrolling-problems.

Reminds me a bit of Iron Lung, good job.

Neat presentation, very fit together. Keep playing it, was a bit changing. Theme was used very losely, maybe a chain in-between the items would help ;)

Super fun game, well polished, good thing I can switch characters fast with the mouse. Good twist on the survivor genre and everything else is also there: updates, progress, harder enemies. Solid art and UI.

Most fun was the graphics and exploration, bit lack of polishment, fall through the floor when going into some wooden door. controls can also me improved, you can use SPACE when in cutscenes, so you can keep your hand on WASD.

Overall solid presentation with the title screen,color palette and characters.

Very interesting twist for a Tetris game, controls can be improved, hard to use in the browser with arrow keys.

Awesome light engine, great animations and feedback.

Very thing is there, good art, level progression, very simple “tutorial”, annoying princess and escort mission, magic, enemies, … very fun game.

Love the ship design and animations with the bullets.

Got some “Exception thrown, see JavaScript console” when LMB or RMB in a fight, game freezed :(

No Signals, yet =( … I like the pre-view of the rails when you place them

Good Art and Overall really good idea, control can be a bit improved and sometimes it’s not clear how and where to click to put the rails.

Awesome Presentation, polished animation, all the little things <3 Simple to understand, intuitive, good level design and progression.

Simple goal, but it feels like you have a lot to do in this game, you must build, fight and manage. Very good chose of colors and graphics, very GB-like. Some Quick-Stack or “auto-deposit” would be nice QoL and some sort of indicator when I’m losing health or lack of oxygen. I totally miss read the requirement for the rocket and stored every carbon, i miss crafting from storage :D

Very nice ideal, wild choose of a color palette but cool. The text at the top is a bit hard to read but don’t really, matter I need to catch a train. Some more little hint like little signs would be nice, but idk if it would make it too easy, maybe signs show up after X failures. There is potential for more level design and balance, like funny posters and troll-signs “out of order” and other fun things.
