Glad you liked it and appreciate the feedback. The UI I already addressed in other comments. Have a few content updates ready to push but I'm waiting for the voting period to end first.

As for expanding the game further; I do plan to work on it a bit more when I get back home. Everything is setup in a way that makes it really easy for me to add a lot more content. I do feel like the game is a bit too easy as it is at the moment due to maps being too small so there is not that much use for peek skill and decision-making on who to go after next. There are currently 2 more game over conditions in addition to time out: peeking to close to another player (cheating) and catching the dog (bite).

Was also considering how it would like as a multiplayer game but I'm worried the gameplay for players that are not "marco" would be a bit too boring.

Yeah main focus for the bad part was definitely sound due to the modifier. To be honest I though art will turn out much worse than it actually did, especially after seeing some feedback people really seem to liek it (in a good way). UI I'll definetly make faster once the voting period is over as I'm waiting to update some other stuff as well (ambient bg sound for all levels/main menu, new bg for main menu, intro cinematics for companions, etc.). Thanks for playing!

Really fun and original concept. For me it was a bit hard to hear the ingredient "vocals" over the background beats/soundtrack so I failed quite a few attempts due to that. Didn't manage to try it with headphones tho, might be less of an issue that way. Congratz on the submission!

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not really using any packages because I didn't really have the time yet to dive into it. The slideins are done through linear interpolation with a simple while loop atm.

Yeah I agree about the UI, gets annoying after a while. The idea was to keep the speed of slide ins/outs somewhat realistic (as if a person was sliding it in). If noting else I could change it so they all slide in at the same time; same as with the slide out animation. Will probably work some more on this game after the jame so thanks for feedback and thanks for playing!

Thought the gameplay could be a bit slower or let you breath a bit more at the start so you figure it out.; especially since UI/controls were a bit clunky for me. Maybe only showing customers currently in the store would make it easier to keep track/cycle through them? 

Graphics are great as well as the sound design; I liked the intro "song" a lot. Congratz on your first jam!

I'm not completely sure what was the goal (click on correct one?) but I like opening loot boxes and sounds + graphics were pretty cool!

Camera movement was quite limited during gameplay so it made it hard to progress. But I'm not sure if that is intended or due to me playing in browser and not the .exe version. Felt like sound design could be a bit more excessive as well.  Settings screen is great and "no settings" made me laugh. Congratz on the submission!

Well this was odd haha Screen size is a bit small to see what is going on but that might be by design as it's absolute madness (instructions seem pretty serious tho :D). Had fun and made me laugh; that's what matters in the end!

Finally a horror game; thought there will be many more of these. I think the sound could be more excessive for the modifier but atmosphere is general really great. I also quite liked the design of the ghost. Another suggestion would be to maybe "save" keys on death as it takes quite a while to get them when you restart. Gratz on the submission!

Great concept and sound design; especially liked player's room with the voices. Gets really hectic at times in a nice way and the whole atmosphere is really surreal.

Great concept and sound desing; some of the voice lines are hilarious! I thought controls/UI could be a bit clearer/more responsive as it took me a while to figure out where exactly to aim to drop food.  Other than that a really cool entry.

Very good presentation in terms of graphics and audio + looks to be really polished. Haven't played many FPS tower defenses but I thought it could use some more tweaking tho. It felt very easy due to high gold income so I had all the spots filled very quickly and the decision making on what turret to choose and where to place it didn't seem that important. Congratz on the submission!

Think you could ease up the difficulty a bit at the start as the Untertale-like combat was imo very hard due its duriation/patterns. Otherwise I liked the concept and it shows that a lot of work went into the game.

Good sound design and very cool concept to increase playback speed based on velocity. Art was cute as well. Nice submission!

Cool concept, vibe of the game is great and it ties really well together in terms of graphics and sound. Being able to throw people around was a nice surprise. Voice acting lines are pretty funny as well. Congratz on the entry!

Just the right amount of jank while still being playable. I especially liked the story/dialogue, sound design, and how much content there is. Billy took a while to beat with all the kiting and dodging but I managed. One of my favorite entries so far!

Took a while for me to get a hang of it but didn't get the chance to try it with controller. Think there could be some more visual feedback (as in VFX/more visible animation) on your attacks to get a better idea of what they do during gameplay. Your 3D models really help with the jank part. Good entry.

Really liked how janky it felt in terms of gameplay and art. Good fit for the jam. Some were almost harder to hit than IRL :D

Really like the gameplay mechanics but got a bit though for me after a few levels. Graphics are also gorgeous; congratz on the entry!

Really liked the enemies and art. Was gonna complain about not being able to hold down fire key but I unlocked it later on. You already commented on the modifier yourself :D

Cool take on the jam theme and VS genre. Not sure if there were suppose to be level boundries cause I managed to escape them :D Boom boom

Managed to stack so many corpses that I wasn't able to proceed very far. In general a really cool idea to use previous bodies in future runs. Think I've played a game with similar gimmick for random controls in the previous SBIG jam but it keeps you on your toes and makes a new run fresher.  Art was amazing as well!

Proper jank and cool art style. Had a lot of problems until I figured out a cheese strat to shoot into the ground next to the moon :D

Great fit for the jam. Very cute art and sounds. Would breed again.

Bonk action was really satisfying to use as the main mechanic. Thought you could go even more wild with the sound design. Liked the artstyle as well!

Fun characters and dialogues, thought the modifier could be applied a bti more excessively.  Ended up with Sundae waifu, nice.

Cool concept with the pause mechanic. Thought it could be explained a bit better/more intuitive as I had a bit of a hard time estimating the velocity before pausing so it took a lot of retrys. Good job on the submission!

Good application of the theme, especially liked the meta story bits. The reverse mechanic for hearts is also a cool idea. Was a bit short but other than that I had a lot of fun!

Not sure if you played the fixed version (with Luca's dialogue or not) since it was bugged in v1. Also fixed some other issues andmissing sounds now.

Anyway didn't really have time to do any tweaking of the values pre-submission so all "slide ins" stayed on default values I had. Will definetly play around with it in the future. Thanks for playing!

Nice little game, had fun playing for a few rounds. The delayed explosion (collider) radius from bomb was a bit annoying but I got used to it. Maybe bomb in general feels a bit OP as you can get in a situation (edge of the screen) where you can't escape its blast radius or run past it. Cute selection of art and audio. Good job with the submission!
