I really enjoyed the use of the theme song. Listening to it over and over has tired me out so the use of "running up that hill" was really great. Made me smile. I also like the jump feel in your game more than mine. Less floaty and quicker paced.
The idea of setting the stage is fun, and the mechanics of it were easy to figure out and quick. I know some games controls can be hard to learn but the way you have set up that level works really well. And it was fun trying to see who was attacking who.
I am really enjoying this game, its nice to have a longer game. The camera wouldn't lock onto my mouse. I suppose the only thing that might need to be added is an inventory system since I couldn't remember what I had picked up.
I like the controls for the camera movement. The map is nice as well and I can tell that the brown texture would be a higher section of ground. The prompts work well too.
The movement is ok, I like the character model as well. I think for the player movement, the fix to him falling over is to freeze an axis in the inspector I think.
The game starts at a point where the player does not have a chance to figure out how to get the next platform. Other than that, the change in levels is nice.
The final boss was intense and a nice change of pace from the level prior. I could not get the other ways of attacking or the other tools to work, but a cool game.
This was a fun game. The turning was just right since it wasn't too fast; if you messed up the turn its the players fault not the game. Enjoyable mechanics basically
I like the character models and the concept is there. After some swings the hill boss did fall through the ground so I think he was taking damage. Nice terrain as well.
I really enjoyed this game! It was really cool art, the music was very good with the art too. I don't know if I broke it after two rounds but I couldn't get it to work past the sludge monster. Really cool though, I enjoyed the strategizing.
I appreciate the story as some games lack a narrative. Also if you ride the enemies, they can really boost your speed across the map. Only other thing is that I am not sure how to beat the game, but it was fun and input was snappy.
The art and main area looks very nice. I was able to spin around while running at one point. With movement, turning while running would have been helpful. Also the theme was a little vague.
Interesting game concept. Maybe if it were a ball it would be a little less challenging? Kind of like rolling a tire on another tire. I did get some progress and I just did so very slowly rocking it back and fourth.
I have had some friends and family play through IRL and some of the feedback has been a lack of prompts lol. Also the speed run time to beat was set by my brother at 1:03, I got a 1:08.
The game was very nice, having multiple difficulties was cool as well. The incorporation of controlling player movement was also fun and done nicely. I tried to do something similar with player controls and its a really cool game overall.
