I'm sorry to hear that :( I would've added a confirmation prompt on the X button but I ran out of time

Thank you! Care to elaborate on the bugs?

The controls are challenging to get used to, but definitely not broken. Mouse buttons make you reach your arms out in that direction and A and D makes you grip onto wherever your hands are. Ideally you'd wanna reach until your hands are on a coloured hold and grip onto that. Then pull yourself in by moving your mouse and repeat.

I'm a climber and this game really spoke to me. I'm not one for rage games like getting over it and jump king, but I really wanna finish this one.

Also, the background is SO gorgeous! Please tell me your secrets to making it look like that

Very polished and well done!

Glad you liked the game! So sorry about the crashes.

I always wanted to do this irl

Thank you! Absolutely, I'm working on the post-jam build and I intend to make gameplay much much faster. It feels so much more fun! Can't wait to let you guys try it soon!

Glad you enjoyed it! And thank you for providing me with the error message! That's helpful

The design is incredible!

Such a simple idea with a perfect execution

I love the aesthetic and how much variables there are to think about! Great job!

Nice twist on the top down shooter genre! Could use a bit more juice!

Fun shooter! I liked the choices of upgrades I was given

Cool idea! I like rolling to change weapons, perhaps increase the number of ammo per weapon?

Love the frantic action and gameplay! Perhaps some enemies could have some properties that would allow them to only be defeated by certain weapons?

Thank you very much for the detailed feedback! Apologies for all the bugs you encountered. Looks like the barrier power was the true enemy! :P

I thought I coded the logic such that the dice would only enable damage to enemies when dashed into, so I'm surprised that you managed to deal damage without dashing.

I love the strategy in this!

Cool game! I like how your damage is dependant on which side you're on, giving you a trade-off between staying still and constantly moving to dodge

I never knew I liked bowling until I played your game

The concept of throwing dice to place them while having the choice to pick it up and throw it again for a different tower is really cool! A fresh take on the usual tower defence genre requiring some skill in positioning your tower.

Thank you! Sorry, the dice flew out of the arena! You can press ESC to restart your current level if it happens.

Simple concept but very enjoyable! Well done!

Interesting concept! One suggestion would be to have some form of indicator when the right number dice is ready or when the correct dice hits the enemy to provide stronger feedback that the player did the right thing!

Cool visuals!

Great strategy game! It's a feat to take away any form of randomness in a game about rolling dice in combat!

Oh my god, the combo idea is fantastic

Fantastic visual style!

I love rock paper scissors design! Great execution. Would be cool to see some special effects!

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand the greatest game on the planet. The design is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of human psychology, most of the game design will go over a typical gamer's head. There's also the dice's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these rolls, to realise that they're not just rolling the dice - they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike the greatest game on the planet truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in the iconic line when you roll a six "conkratulacions," which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Lyfe's genius wit unfolds itself on their computer screens. What fools.. how I pity them. 😂

And yes, by the way, i DO have a the greatest game on the planet tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- and even then they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand. Nothin personnel kid 😎

Nice spin on the theme, luckily this game stood out from all the other puzzle games where you had to match the dice face. Good job on the SFX! It was really relaxing to play this game.

Cool ideas! They have lots of potential!

Hi! Thanks for playing, glad that you enjoyed it! Apologies for all the issues you encountered. Thank you for helping to identify them! I will try to fix them once the voting period ends :D

Nice art! Might wanna adjust the pacing a bit and introduce more enemies faster. Also, it seems that the gravity and magic circle never came out during my gameplay. Apart from that, I like the idea of getting different powers based on your dice.

Simple concept but well executed! Very polished too! I enjoyed the level design of all the puzzles!

Okay, this was the best concept and execution I've seen so far for the jam! The game feel was on point! The sound effects accompanied by the VFX were so good, I keep getting dopamine rushes every time I get a SUPER MATCH! or COMBO!

Quite addictive! Kept me going even till wave 19. Although by this time I have already figured out how to cheese the game already. Would be more challenging to put spawn points at different angles and avoid the centre spawn point altogether.

The concept and execution of using the 2 dices were done well! I was a little confused at first but I quickly got the gist of it. I love the knife attack, it felt good to clear out such a huge amount of enemies. I would love to see different enemies that can only be killed or killed easier by certain powerups to incentivise strategy on the dice rolls.

Fun idea! I also like the way it's presented and the new mechanics being introduced kept the game fresh.

(By the way you commented on my game's rating page previously but unfortunately, due to an issue I encountered, all comments have been wiped from my rating page.)
