Looks great visually, I liked the gun and the goblins. Everything fits well together.

A bit difficult for me, felt like once the goblins are on you there's not much you can do. The floatiness and movement is kinda weird and I kept getting stuck on things, but that's about the only things I can think to critque.

Good entry!

This is very impressive for a 2.5 week game jam! Significant amount of "modes", represented the theme very well! I must confess i am not much of an FPS guy, so there was a bit of a steep learning curve and I found the game kind of difficult, but I am quite sure that is on me.

This game looks incredible. Really great amount of polish. I think that games which have constantly switching modes can often lack an aspect of control, I was really pleased that you gave me the option to select some modes to take away each round - I felt like this brought back my control and was really clever design. Overall I really enjoyed playing, great work!! :)

dum-dum-dum-dum-dum-dum-dum-dum-dum-dum-dum-dum-dum-dum. nice game...

In all seriousness though I love the idea of choosing what modes you don't want applied! I pretty much always had a hard time choosing what gun modes I wanted to get rid of, but I knew I wanted to keep the Gatling gun lol.

Wow, great work here! Massive for a game jam, had a ton of fun playing :)

Awesome work on this game! Had fun playing through a decent few rounds, here are some of my thoughts:

  • Amazing art style and game-feel polish. It felt satisfying to move and shoot
  • A pretty cool way to interpret mode, felt like I could keep playing this and zone out for hour
  • Scaling enemies made it so that there was always a challenge

Couldn't think of many critiques, maybe clearer death animations or more gore!

Wow, this has a ridiculous amount of polish! Very impressive in all departments. My only gripe might be the number of catches in the geometry; the game encourages you to keep moving backwards, but I kept finding corners to get stuck in on the ground level. Regardless, the modes kept the gameplay fresh and engaging, and it was a lot of fun. Nice work!

ridiculously impressive for a jam game.  the goblin designs are full of so much character, great models.  its really cool how many modes you managed to cram in there!!  I do think with the production being such high quality that the gun sounds stood out as a bit piddly sounding but that is some serious nit-picking.  amazing entry!

Really solid fun game. Played it a bunch. Incredible work. Good Job!

Great work on the visual and and audio assets, looks extremely polished. I did find it to be very hard for a first level, but a lot of that came down to the mouse sensitivity being too high for me, so definitely something super easy to fix. Amazing work overall, keep it up!

Yabbleglabbleblabbleugh!

Awesome game. My problem was getting caught in the level geometry while moving around backwards (underneath the slopes of the stairs, etc). I initially felt like I wasn't dealing much damage, and I think marksman mode is pretty underpowered, but it helps a lot that you can ban certain modes.

I'm really impressed with what you pulled off in the time frame. Great job.

Game looks amazing, read the title "Mecha Mode", and was not disappointed!! Super satisfying having a rapid fire weapon, and mowing down hordes of goblins. Not sure how collision normally is handled in horde games, but did find myself getting stuck between the walls and goblins a lot, but could be bad skill on my end tho. Great game!!!

Great work on this! It had a lovely visual style and the gameplay was engaging and intense. The movement and the shooting both felt great!

A truly spectacular game! Fun to play, visually beautiful, snappy, just all around awesome! I can't speak on the difficulty of the game as i'm not a very good first person shooter player, but this is amazing! Great job!

Extremely polished game in both movement and visuals. Also kinda hard

I don't know if I'm bad or the game is hard 😅Couldn't get path 3 rounds survived.

Very cool game! It deserves further development but it's already incredible as it is!

The game feels very polished and looks fantastic. The random modifiers are executed really well and the gameplay has some Bordelands-vibes to it. To me some weapons felt a bit underpowered or my aim just sucks. The audio design is also top-notch. Awesome job!
