I'm a standalone developer and I've also noticed that download games don't get much love. But I also find that download games have more content :D

Wow. I came into your game expecting to play it for 5-10 minutes and somehow left after playing an hour?? Everything about this game was incredible, five stars all around. The only frustration I had was figuring out how to obtain the next tier of mineral. I learned from the beginning that the best way to get mineral = avoid enemies and mine little crystals. So  I died in the next tier over and over trying to find those little different colored minerals without progressing. I think I got unlucky with the monster drops because I killed some in the beginning and got nothing, so I didn't know enemies could drop minerals. So it would have been nice to be told by the game where I can get minerals from. Regardless of that small hiccup, I had a great time playing. This is the first game jam game I think has high potential for commercial success. I hope you consider taking a few weeks to expand on it and drop it in the Steam store, if it was around 5 bucks I would definitely buy it.
