I liked simplistic graphics and destoying everything as Zeus! Though I didn't understand how exactly first and second part of the game are connected. Also coudn't interact with house doors to sabotage (place where it says to tap "E").
Also at stage 2 it felt like it didn't metter if I sabotaged something on the stage 1. Anyways, good job!
We ran out of time to set out the backend conversion of the points/abilities from gamestages T^T. Yeah you kinda have to position urself a bit to have the E spam working. thank you for trying our scuffed game tho <3
Very Cool!
Really liked the music. Gameplay wise was a bit confused. I don't see how the sabotaging benefits the player during the Zeus stage. I suggest adding some sort of visual hint on what to do
Had a great time, Looking forward to your next game!
I'm having fun playing this game.
I really liked the art! I was a bit lost with the game play! Good take overall, congrats :)
Neat concept, not too sure I understood what the sabotage phase was supposed to do for the zeus phase. Doing 2.5D was a nice choice!
Sorry but how to I reach phase 2? I am confused on what I have to do. I love the 2.5 graphics though!
Phase 2 should just happen after a set amount of time, sorry it's a bit unclear without a timer for phase 1. After like a minute or two you turn into Zeus
I loved destroying the buildings as Zeus >:)
very silly game, the pixel/3d artstyle was neat.
I really liked the soundtrack
the for you used the jam theme was also interesting!
Nice way of combining 2D and 3D!
I would've liked to see more engaging ways to sabatoge the village than spamming e. I liked the art style and music a lot. A simple tutorial goes a long way, if you want an example for a easy way to add a tutorial check out my game. Great work and keep on striving for that full time indie job!
I really liked your take on the theme, you are the STORM in the end. Very fun change of pace between the two phases, it would be cool to have some way of knowing when the storm arrives though as thats where the real destruction begins! Great job! :D
It's fun destroying an entire village full of people. Great work!
Though, Zeus' controls could use a bit of work, and it took some time getting used to.
Also, not sure about the sabotage phase, as I didn't feel like it had much effect.
Overall, an enjoyable short game. Great work from the team!
Great audio and interesting idea
Now this was one funny idea. I love the concept, it reminds me of destroying villages in minecraft lol. It was super fun to play.
Good work! Fun to see students progress and learning. Best of luck to all of you on your game dev journeys!
The soundtrack is really good!
Thank you! Our audio guy is Berukkla and he claims to be a newbie (pft lies)
Neat ! The camera was a bit difficult to use in the second phase as it moves along your cursor while you try to aim the village and i also don't really understand how the first phase matters in the second one to be honest... :o
But i enjoyed it and it was fun to burn this village to the ground ! The trumpets/horns in the second phase also made me laugh i didn't expect them at all !
Cool idea, and really like the way the two different phases fit in with the theme!
It wasn't super clear to me how the first phase impacted the second though...
Poor villagers, they didn't deserve Zeus's fury (except the impostor guy) ;)
Really cool game, though the first phase is a bit confusing
