How does your game fit the theme?
A classic relaxing card game that turns out to be not so relaxing

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
For the code, we used a framework for the solitaire base gameplay, and for the sounds we picked some external sound effects and also used IA to make some basic music. For the art, except some minor asset extracted from stock images, all art has been made from scratch

I love solitaire! I don't think any of the cards you came up with had a significant influence on how the game is played, but I really like the idea of having bonus cards in your deck that can help you with the game, especially when solitaire is known for having unwinnable states.

I hope you find it in you to at least try to make music yourselves next time! I couldn't help but be a little disappointed in the music knowing it was made with AI and started feeling like it didn't quite fit right with the rest of the game.

Regardless, thanks for sharing with my stream! Here's the VOD of your game: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2253652240?t=01h01m01s. There was an audio issue with my stream, but I played it afterwards with sound.

That was... A white belly :)
Actually didn't understand why the taro cards was there because I didn't need them for completion but it was fun to play :)

I liked the art and audio.
Also, great solitaure implementation is great as is it! Liked the tooltips on hover (especially when those creepy things starts to happen). Great game!

Hmm, a very ominous ending.  Surely, you're not equating Linux with a virus?

It was a great game.  Can't really go wrong with Solitaire.  The special cards helped out.  Nice take on the theme.

I had a king of hearts on the tableau and I couldn't add the queen of hearts so it became unbeatable, besides that, the idea is neat and the presentation is good, congrats to the team!

I didn't quite understand what was the storm part of game

I did make a full deck from king to ace but nothing happened

personally i never played solitaire before but this was a nice experience nonetheless

Developer

Hello! the game finishes when all the decks are finished, also thanks for your feedback!

Submitted(+1)

I didn't get it, but i liked the solitaire part, if only i was able to finish it :(

Liked your art!

The game itself is kind of cool but the "twist" is not really doing it for me and it doesn't fit the theme that much in my opinion. The art is beautiful though and you did an amazing job on that! (the pinguin is the Linux pinguin lol so I guess not that one)

Pretty unique concept, i liked the graphics and the overall atmosphere (pretty creepy). I can respect that you admitted to using AI for music. A very good game

Even if I have never played solitaire, it was really fun to try this game out, and I liked the creepy vibe it had with the screen "lagging"!

This almost felt like a horror game, I was half expecting the penguin to attack me. Very cool and uneasy game I truly loved this submission! Thank you for reaching out in the community thread!
