Garbage Day is a 2D tower defense where during the day you peacefully prepare to defend your dumpster by building defenses out of trash, and during night battle a storm of various enemies.

The gameplay consists of having to manage trash for defence (putting up barriers) or offense (throwing said trash at enemies) while having to fight off enemies in waves, which creates a fun and intense experience. The visuals are quite cute and polished, and it even changes during the attack phase to reflect a storm, which fits the theme very well. RIP audio though.

The game has a charming and fun concept! I love the adorable raccoon and the unique tower defense twist. It would be great to have more upgrades and perhaps a faster-paced progression, as the game slows down in the later stages. Adding audio would also enhance the experience, bringing more life to the already captivating visuals. Overall, it’s a solid entry with lots of potential for further development!

Really fun. Made it all the way to round 39. Makes ya want more. Wanted to give a 5 in all catagories, but couldn't because no audio, but if you add audio, maybe a couple more upgrade options, and a way to replace your unit types, I could easily see myself playing this to a kill screen.
Cool game! Its got a unique spin on the 2D tower defence games and I found it fun! I'd say that maybe some extra defences could be used because I found myself completely overwhelmed at wave 9 randomly after breezing through the first 8. Otherwise, good job!
That was very fun, I will probably play it a few more times to finally upgrade the trash bag guys ;)
Cute game! I LOVE the art, the raccoon running animation is adorable. Good concept too of your money also being your expendable weapon, I definitely had to figure out how to ration my trash effectively before building structures.
This game is a lot of fun! I love the artstyle, throwing the trash at the rats is entertaining, and I really like how I can recruit more raccoons to my cause. Great work!

Really cool and unique game! It would maybe benefit from a tutorial but it's not that hard to understand. The assets look great! Also quite fun, I'll probably be coming back to this one.

Cool game. I had fun until I got to round 23. Then it became too monotonous. I was just clicking LMB and replacing the box for 250.

this game has great art, and i played for about an hour. would be awesome with more upgrades and time!
The graphics are amazing and I really like the concept, it's super cute! Definitely felt like the pacing could use a bit of adjustment though. I felt like I spent multiple waves in a row doing nothing in order to save up for an upgrade.

really nice gameplay loop, nice looking graphics! simple scope but it was well made, i didnt notice any bugs. gameplay did get a little slow a bit of the ways in, i wish the pacing was a little more frantic, like more money but harder difficulty spike, less time to upgrade etc. i was a little confused on how the garbage can filled when i started, i thought it was just time based or something. might be nice to have some indicator for things like that in the future.
ps not sure if there was audio but i couldnt hear anything. just a couple simple stock sounds can really change the way the game is played, for action feedback, subtle indications of events, etc etc

Super fun and addictive. Very cute game that had me hooked. The only improvement I would suggest is changing the font color on the tower purchase popups. I couldn't figure out how to activate them at first as I didn't realize that was a control command.
