In what way does your game fit the theme?
A mouse that works at a radio station, his job is to rewind the cassettes so that he can play the tunes after that.
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Everything done by us with the help of your tutorials, Brackeys!

Very well done! I love the art, especially all the cassettes in the background! I also really liked the glow effect when you are standing on the platform. I thought that was such a nice little touch.
Thank you for your kind words, glad you like it!
Cool game, I really like the parallax effect of the cassetts(or what they are called) in the background. A creative take on the theme, the physics is a bit wonky where you sometimes get stuck on the wall, but that is common Unity shenanigans. The menu sliding was a bit slow which made it feel a bit slugish. And also a very cute mouse :). Good job!
Great game and I love the comment about how to waste time fighting with unity I totally get it LOL.
Great graphics, the paralax of the background tapes really ads depth to the game. The fact that you are a mouse running on the inside part of the cassette thing is really clever to fit into the theme. Music was cool altough I have a small feedback. It might be cool if the music played forward and backwards depending on your movement direction since technically thats how tapes work lol, but im just being nitpicky.
Great game and the levels are fun and challenging.
Rem.
Found 0 problems with your game. I love 2d, love pixel art, and platformers are always fun. Unity can make some sticky walls sometimes, but the fact you made the whole game in webgl is impressive! With soundtrack and aesthetics... very inviting for replay.
Thank you for your compliments! Glad you liked it.
Very celver presentation of the idea, I really dig it! Also the mechanics worked great, sometimes would feel a little off, but for the most part it works great :D Also good job on the audio. Well done really. Hope you try mine too https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-4/rate/722968
Very interesting game. I loved the menu and audio. Jump machanic is a little unintuitive but I got used to it in a few minutes. I also liked that moving background and the idea of round level, you had to work on it hard. Overall great game i really enjoyed it and finished it!
Thank you for the kind words, we're glad you enjoyed it and finish it!
Lmao this game is insane :D
Very great music, art and animations. Everything worked correctly and it was fun to play. But i coudn't pass the 3rd level :(.
Thanks for playing it and the kind words. Any specific part where you got stuck so I can adjust it in the future?
There was a Part with multiple stacked moving Plattforms if I remember correctly. I couldn't Get back up, After I fell once.
Oh I see, I used a random speed for all 4 of them and your game probably randomed something that wasn't climbable. Thanks for taking your time to let me know, I'll redesign that area <3
Cool design tho, with awesome art and music
Really cool! I love the idea and the pixel art is cool too. I like how the circular build makes platforming more difficult in the gravity sense. This is an awesome game with cool mechanics, a shame it only has 3 levels. Please play and rate my game, as it only has 2 ratings. Thank you, and great job! (please give me the source code, i need it) :)
Yo’ Templar here,
Very cool game, really fun, both aesthetics and music fits it really well, the controls are a tad bit unresponsive at times, some people point out that it’s a little difficult, but it feels just fine to me.
I like the music of the tracks, the game is quite challenging .
Good job.
My game is a casual game if you wanna rate is https://misterm.itch.io/mixtape-match , Thanks
Interesting design. I like how the floor is always rotating! Since platforms and such are rotating, the physics feel really weird and the controls don't feel that responsive at times. Also, the background is a bit distracting whenever it follows the y position.
Other than that, the game is cool!
That big jump at the end of level 3 is daunting! Cute little platformer. Cool effect with the tapes in the background.
I once got pushed through the floor by a descending platform and cast off into a black empty void. Well, empty but for the music, that is. Yeah!
Thanks for the kind words, hope you made the last jump and enjoyed your travel through the empty void even though the music was playing in reverse and you couldn't even enjoy that. Sorry for the bug :(
A cute little mouse. Good platforming, but it was a liitle difficult for me to estimate a jump distance)
Yeah, I think that happens cause the platforms rotate under you when you jump so they're never consistent like a true 2D platformer. Did anything else feel off like the air drag or lateral velocity of the jumps? Maybe it can be improved.
Awesome visuals and audio. Simple fun gameplay. But I have a question - Instead of making the mouse rotate, changing the gravity, other math heavy stuff, why not just make the level rotate around some center point and keep the player in one place?
That was the initial coding that I finished till Sunday night and was happy that I have time to polish it, but unfortunately there are a lot of issues cause you can't use normal movement scripts with physics and by forcing the level to rotate sometimes you would force the player into a wall and the colliders got stuck there, also it was hard to implement air drag. I still have mixed feelings which was the better choice.
P.S. now that I think of it maybe I can make the level be fixed centerwise and apply a tangent force to rotate it, but I guess the outcome would be the same right now
Awesome game.. loved playing it :)
I like how the theme fits in the game! Very clever!
Thank you for the kind words!
What a game, very polished and super fun. The audio choices were great. Well done.
Thank you for the kind words!
I like the aesthetic of your game. The controls were nice. Although I felt some difficulty with the moving platforms as the mouse didnt move with them. Otherwise it is a very nice game.
