How does you game fit the theme?
In the game the player runs a beauty clinic called "Real Beauty", and going through surgery gives the other characters a beuty that "is Not Real"; also, in the game we don't even see the change on the characters.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I did all the code, watched an ocasionally tutorial on the engine characteristics and the Unity API website, but that's all.
Most of the assets are mine, the music clip is from a website, and part of the scenario is made with Kenney's sprites, all that is directly related to the game, like what's inside the rooms and all the characters, I made myself.

Wonderfull game. First of all, it has so many moving parts but it's bug-free which is a great achievement in a week. I really liked how you used the theme. I liked every asset inside our building. Surgeons and assistants and the operation room looked really nice but you could also so easily make the neighboring buildings better which would triple the aesthetic of the game. One more thing is that although it works perfectly with the jam and lets the player advance the game more quickly, the clicking mechanic wouldn't fit if this was not a jam game. But I bet you are aware of that.Very well done! Congrats!

Regarding the clicking mechanic... well, its a clicker game so, maybe it's not very well implemented, but I don't think it doesn't fit in the game heheh, it's just that it becomes obsolete as the progress develops, but that's the nature of clicking games! Nevertheless I'll think of something to make it more appealing to continue clicking from time to time :D
I appreciate all the feedback, this kinds of coments make me want to continue developing the game ^^

I really love clicker games and this was no exception! I think I got a bug where I couldnt buy more than 3 beds, but felt really nice and it had some nice systems working, (even though they are not really explained in game, they were intuitive)

I’m sorry about that bug, it’s been happening for several people now and I’ve tried to reproduce it but I’m always been able to buy all of them 😬 Nevertheless after the jam I’ll make sure that everything works perfectly, and I’ll make a better version of the game 👍 (explaining the systems as well 😅)

I LOVED IT, i love idle/clicking games so this game was for me, maxed it all and had alot of money, music very relaxing, at first i didnt see where to click but got it fast, very polished game, well done, congratulations!

Nice but the page couldn't fit in my laptop screen. Even going fullscreen didn't fix the problem.
You could add the requirements in the description of the upgrade. For example, you can't have more than one surgeon per bed and two assistants per surgeon, but neither the buttons change colour nor is it pointed out below each upgrade.

I saw the issue with the resolution when I tried it later with a laptop myself 😬 I solved it by zooming out before playing, but yeah, that’s not something the user should be doing 😅
As for the buttons that’s strange, they are missing the requirements descriptions because I ran outta time, but I made sure the buttons would change colour when those specs weren’t met, so I was probably some kind of bug 🥲 I’ll look into it.

I mean, they become white when I can click on them, but it's a bit counter-intuitive if I have more money than the upgrade cost, but the button remains in its "idle" state. What I meant was some sort of "greyed-out" button with a description like, "you cannot buy this upgrade right now"/"requires upgrade X".
Regarding the screen, I did not think about it. I thought that the problem would've been solved with fullscreen anyway, that's why I told you about that. :)

Definitely a change of pace mechanically compared to a lot of stuff throughout the jam I've seen so far, it was interesting to see for sure. Though I do have to say while the mechanics are well done and the game does play quite well especially considering the context you gave of having a shorter timer limit. It doesn't really have the feedback from a clicker game.
That kind of feeling of wanting to keep going that comes from little rewards throughout. Especially since the money income felt pretty low. At least from what I assume the real pricing would be, though it would fit the theme if it was just never real and so that's why you don't get paid as much.
Overall though it's a very well done mechanically complete game which honestly I feel just needs a bit of polish to be a relatively good clicker game. Also just a bit more feedback, maybe a bit of faster paced gameplay as well could help. Cause decent chunk is spent just waiting for either the surgeons to stop being slow, or for customers to actually show up. Which makes sense considering the ad campaigns, but it's a little slow to start in my opinion, mainly compared to the amount going across the screen.

cute game! I had to change the resolution a lot, which made it a little hard to see, but I really liked the aesthetic (which fits the theme well!)

This was a super fun game! Though I couldn't buy the last bed, probably a little bug. But the rest I maxed out to what I could!!

I thought I had a similar issue, but it wasn't the case. The last two beds cost 45k each. I think that the 4th bed costs 4.5k instead. Maybe it was that?
This week I’m not home so I haven’t had the opportunity to double check the code but there must be some funny business going on with the prices there hehe…
I just played the game (on my phone, with both sides of the screen missing, but amazed that it worked nevertheless) and the 4t bed’s cost was 4,5k and the 5th one was 15k. So yeah, when I get back home I’ll check what’s going on there. (The pic shows the last bed’s price , which I later bought 😬)
Enjoyed it! Capped out three surgeons, both campaigns, and finally bought the last floor. But, I wasn't able to buy any beds because of some sort of bug :(
The theme reminds me of Dr. Barber, the guy from a cartoon called Flapjack. Would be cool to have sound effects in at some point!
