The games a little too simple and easy, but it's really satisfying for a couple of minutes which I guess is fine for a jam game, but I genuinely just didn't feel challenged. Not one I'm rushing to replay, but fun for what it is.

Simple yet fun.
The friends could probably use some feedback like a visible health bar and hurt sounds when they're hurt, to show that they can actually die. I actually got the impression that they're invincible before being proven wrong brutally.
Also, good job on making everything by yourself during the jam.
Thanks. Yeah I wasn't sure how to show the friends healthbars. When you gather a lot of them it becomes cluttered with health bars everywhere.

Wow, that were a lot of zombies and no frame rate drop, impressive. Also the game balance was excellent. Did you use DOTS or gameobjects?
Its all using gameobjects. There are some performance problems that I have found and fixed already once you start getting up into the 10,000s of zombies. It would definitely benefit from using DOTS though.
That was a blast to play! Love the cute pixel animations and had a lot of fun picking up allies to help rack up kills. Keep up the good work!

wow I had so much fun playing it just kept on getting more companions and kill those monsters. the art and expositions are so fun!

Cool little game, characters are cute, I got 2800 Score, I enjoyed my little friends help and their AI was good at aiming at the zombies, they made me feel not alone haha :D

Got 4792! Very fun entry!
I liked the screen shaking when you shot, but the sound of firing was too low so it felt lacking. I can understand you didn't make every gun firing very loud because the game would be just a mess of continuous shooting, but maybe the gun of the main character could have a bit more of juice by sound.
The shotgun guys fell like the most overpowered ally, if you have the luck of getting a lot earlier on it seems to make the game easier. Although after 3000 you're pretty set to die soon. The progression felt good enough though!
You're right. The sound was a mess at first with gun shots just being amplified. I toned everything down probably a bit too far.
Fun game. I like the take on the theme with your friends being useful and actually needed to survive longer

This was a really fun game! I really enjoyed the mechanic and thought your take on the theme was really interesting! it was a good break from the dozens of horror games that I've been playing through the past couple of days.
