How does you game fit the theme?
You're not alone -- the king's army will "help" you fight off the invaders!
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
All major code was written from scratch for the jam. Some scripts (like handling online saves and routing audio through howler.js instead of using Godot's native sound player) is reused code that I wrote and include in all my projects.
A majority of graphics are public domain, major ones credited in the comments. Only a few I made myself during the jam.
Music I wrote a very long time ago.
SFX are from freesound.org.

Pretty fun game, I've spent way more time than I anticipated on it. Great job!
Very fun, clever game! The idea is really original and a great approach to the theme.
The movement sound was a bit annoying for me. I wish it was quieter.
Love the game, never seen this concept before. Really fun to play, gets quite challenging in the later levels but I powered through, for the kingdom!
Funny and fun at the same time
Good game! I love the theme implementation! Keep up the good work!
Haha, you got your wish I definitely laughed when I realized what was happening. It was a really unique take on the game theme.
The game balance was solid, it was definitely hard but always felt just within being doable every level. I managed to get to the end...thanks to the help of everyone else of course~
This one was quite amusing! I got a good chuckle out of it. Also a really good take on the theme, nice job!
That was funny. Probably the only game in this Jam where being alone is a good thing lol
😂Oh my was that fun. Getting hit by the arrows and fireballs was utterly triggering but in a... good way(?). And I see you also went in the direction that alone = good :).
one of the funny take for the theme i've played in this game jam. it was really cool :D
Such a unique approach to the theme! I love the humor and that the battlefield at the end is just plain chaos. The blood effects make it very satisfying to kill enemies. The music fits very well to the medieval theme. Overall, well done!
A surprisingly challenging but enjoyable little survival game in which being alone would likely have helped you more, I do feel it didn't make much sense that the arrows didn't do damage but I can ignore that for the sake of the fun :)
In the end you really wished to be alone. Really nice and clever take on the theme.
The game mechanics are simple yet well executed. Good job sir!
Really neat little game, with a genuinely interesting melee combat mechanic. I thought it was super cool that your sword swings knock around your enemies, which can be good or bad depending on which direction your facing. Nice work!
I actually really liked this ! :D
I really like the take on the theme, it is really funny x)
If I had to find one flaw to this game, it is the fact that I find fireballs not telegrapghed enough.
Otherwise, really solid entry, you should be proud of yourself ! :)
Nice little wave fighter game with some solid enemy design.
Are the arrows supposed to help or hinder me? As they seem to kill me, but not the enemies? This surprised me tbh.
Great work overall!
The concept is awesome and it has a turn around. Beware more of your allies than your own enemies! Certainly an innovative entry.
Good job! It's a little tough but fun!
Great game! Love the menu screen and the details, great job :)
This was fantastic! At first i thought it was a bug or something, this was a complete plot twist for me and i loved every level. Also the music was fitting, the dialogue was really funny, and the art was really good!
