Well done, as a platformer enthusiast I like it very much :) All-in-all a good game with just some minor tweaks in the controls to be more precise and I would suggest having some kind of checkpoints for the more challenging/longer levels.
The audio and game idea was the top tier! :)

Really cool! Very difficult but that's alright. One way to counter this instead of having a no damage mode just add more checkpoints. I like the art and music a lot both were really nice! I'm not sure if this is a bug or I was doing something wrong but sometimes when I would hit spike as the guy instead of turning into a ghost and having a lot of momentum I just turned into the ghost and lost all speed. Still I really liked this game good job!

Thanks for your feedback! The immortal mode was something last minute so I didn't had time to implement anything else. Also I don't think that checkpoints match this style of the game, as it's inspired by celeste and also it would'ven been confusing with switching between ghost and human mode

This is a really cool idea, the ghost momentum is a really cool idea and movement as a person feels pretty good compared to some games I've played. Unfortunately my issue does end up with the ghost, mainly its momentum seems random. There were plenty of times where I would do the exact same thing, and one time I would go flying, and the next I would move an inch, which made certain sections a crap shoot if I could make the jump or not. I really liked the atmosphere though, and I appreciate the difficult level design.
Thanks for your feedback, this could be because of the shape of the collider, you probaly had issues with the spikes. Since they have a triangle-like shape you sometimes get stuck there
Actually the spikes felt fine, my biggest issue was with the springboard/trampoline things. I wouldn't move left or right at all and each bounce would somehow be a different height under the seemingly same conditions, so I had to sight read how fast I was moving upwards to know if it was a bounce I could proceed off of.
wow, the atmosphere of the game is spot-on. with the music(sounding like something from a devil's party night playlist), the graphics (kind of gives me rick and morty vibes) and the (smooth floaty) gameplay working in harmony to set the tone of the game just right.

I've seen a few "you die but actually not" games this jam and so far this one is the most unique. I love the ghosts movement and it was fun trying to figure out how to proceed by killing the man (who's name i've forgotten) :D
Thanks for the kind words! I kinda went for a celeste-like level design here, so that each step is kind of a mini puzzle and that the mechancis get indirectly introduced.
The controls are somewhat "floaty", but I really enjoyed your idea of momentum on death, makes it so unique !

A very unique idea! But the jump felt very slow, which made you feel like that most jumps weren't reachable but somehow they where. And the spring/boosters were hard to jump on(could probably be me ). Overall A great game!

Pretty good! Interesting concept with the ghost not being able to jump. In my opinion I feel the person's movement could be a bit snappier to contrast the floaty feel of the ghost, but other than that, I liked it! Good work!
