Great game. I got stuck on the part where you die and in ghost form you need to use the boosters, but the ceiling was spikes. I tried it many times and always died.

Thanks for the feedback! The game can be tough at some points, the level you were stuck on, relied heavily on timing, maybe you wanna replay it some day? the good levels are sadly at the end.

Interesting mechanic, I liked that. Tiles are a little bit odd (same problem), and platforms sometimes are too hard to jump onto, but still good.

Good game overall, fun use of the theme. Only thing I would say is, at least to me, the movement doesn't feel that good, the jumps feel quite slow but that is personal preference really, Good Job!

Love the background music and the use of being dead or alive as platforming mechanics. Also, I noticed how there is a camera jitter, so make sure your camera controller is updated in the same update as your player controller and your character's rigid body is set to interpolate. Doing so can help further enhance the overall experience. Keep up the great work!

Very nice idea! I like the implementation mechanism of death as a mean of the theme "an end is a new beginning". I like the platforming of the game and the feel as well. Really fun to play if you like this type of games.

Some improvements may be: 
1) Introduce paul and his story in-game to the player. If i don't read the description is hard to imagine the concept (since there is one).
2) Include to credits the creators of the assets. If it's yours...then give credits to yourself!

Thanks for your feedback! I didn't included the story due to time management reasons, I would've else had a starting scene with some voice acting. The assets were all self-made, it's written on the submission page and I thought it wasn't neccesary to put it on the credits scene too.

Always give yourslef credits into the game!
Never take for granted that someone will spent his/her time on your description page.
Sometimes...the strory itself is what motivates the players to play your game.

The game system is quite fun and it’s a good interpretation of the theme! Also, the level designs fit this mechanism well. Maybe you can polish your controls a little bit! Great work!

It's pretty impressive that you did all of this on your own in just 7 days. I would say the movement system needs more refinement, since the way the jump and pads work is not easy to understand, The gravity in the ghost form also has a part in affecting the way the player's velocity works.

However, out of all the jam games I've played for this jam, this specific platformer made me so hooked I poured at least 35 minutes into it, trying to get past stages! It was fun, even it was though frustrating as well xD
