This was a blast! definitely chaotic. The graphics are seriously impressive and the audio is great too. Very very polished experience. This feels like a professional game. Great work team! I really liked the variety of cats both in artwork and in abilities. The settings and the cat-alogue were a nice add too.
Lovely game, so cute and so funny. I missed the proper gameplay at first and thought I would have to click to fire the cat at the desired angle ^^ But I read the rules once more and it was much more playable. Good idea to have setup such variety of cats and their descriptions add even more fun to the game. Great work !
Fun game, super cute as well! I liked the way you incorporated a few different mechanics in the form of different cats with different abilities or characteristics. Nicely done!

Herding Cats Simulator 2023!!!
Love the idea! I was playing with a mouse and I realized that I never really rotate the cats, maybe having the control for that elsewhere than the scroll sould help, like right click rotates 90 degres.
Except for that, loved the Chef cat that goes "EVERYBODY!!!". Really not sure if that's what he says, but I believe :P

Adorable and fun. I thought I found an exploit by building a bridge of sick cats from one side to another. I was wrong and it collapsed on me leading to my demise. Great Work!

This is simply lovely, creative and very, very funny. The best thing in it is that you can re-play it as many times as you want and never get the same experience! Not usual for a Game Jam entry :) Great job, cat lovers!

Very cute! Lots of nice little hidden touches, like the pawprints on click and being able to pet the cats in the title page. I think gameplay could be improved by making the scale mechanic matter a bit more - there seemed to be no incentive to keep the sides level besides not letting a side go all the way down which was difficult to do. Overall very fun and well polished game!

I agree that the scale mechanic would need a rework because it is not as impactful as we wanted ot to be, but we ran out of time at the end!
One good step would be to make the scale more like an actual scale, here it mostly reacts to just velocity change, then quickly get back to their initial shape. Which is not how a scale really works!

Neat interpretation of the theme. Simple and yet effective.
Graphics and aesthetics of the game are of a very high standard. Cat sprites are cute and have lots of character (this is coming from a dog person). Felt like there was a good amount of variety in SFX too.
Game feels well designed. Cats disappear at a good rate and the difficulty feels about right (perhaps a little too hard, had trouble making gloriously large mounds of cats). Sticky Cat was very fun to use, could do some really janky stuff with it. Inclusion of unlock all cats button in options was a good touch.
For improvements, I would say is the little black cat is a little too little. Can be hard to click on them, especially when the cursor. I'd also suggest making the meter for when you drop a cat reset completely at the end of each round, as it would let the player do some very creative stuff to cheese it through levels while not being punished too hard for it.
Very polished submission that put a smile on my face. Great Job!

I agree that the tiny cat is a little small, and we tinkered with a way to improve targeting but couldn't get it quite right.
We may have been too harsh on the cat meter. Add some invulnerability frames, or drop it all the way. In the end we wanted for the games to be short and to end pretty fast (5-10 minutes) and some cats allow you to go very far so maybe these ideas would have been helpful.
