Like a baby seal at a whaling convention, I was suddenly clubbed over the head with misdirects and new mechanics! Great art, writing and music Who ever decided to add a map for the vent section is my hero! I had a lot of fun with this one, Great work!
I really enjoyed this one, felt very polished and a nice little, bite-sized story. The text was a little hard to read at times, but it wasn't a big deal. Good job.
I'm just sorry it's over ahaha. Great narration and very entertaining. Well done
Wow, great visuals! Love the art in this game, and there’s so much of it too! Cool storyline to boot, nicely done.
Immersive story with nice graphics and music. Great job !
Thanks! We really tried to widen the scope of the game as much as possible with the different characters, while trying to keep each mechanic interesting. Glad you enjoyed it
Best game I played so far. Thanks for breaking the 4th wall, I enjoyed this a lot :)
Thanks for your kind words, pumped to read that you enjoyed it so much :D
Great job. I like the visuals and audio a lot
Thanks for your praise, glad you liked it
Multiple characters with different gameplays was very refreshing. It renewed my interest in point-and-click genre. Story and the way it handled was very impressive. I was thinking that twist gonna be the Robber controlling police network somehow and makes that fake endings of his colleagues to mentally torture him. That will also explain how he knows too much about the Sheriff and others.
That's a great idea! I'm stealing this as my head cannon for what was the initial "origin story" of the Robber, before the glitches and what is seen in the game as is now.
This was a lot of stuff for a game jam, very well done! The visuals are incredible! I liked the puzzles, like figuring out which electrical panel to shoot based off the clues from the vents. I wish my dialogue choices had more of an impact on the story, though.
Happy to see someone saw the clues towards the electrical panel puzle and got it right! Happy to hear you enjoyed it, and thanks for the feedback.
Loved the story, graphics and the mood. Would be great to have an alternative ending.
Glad you liked so much. Thanks for the feedback, of course, there actually are two possible endings, either upload the "bad guy" or not, but yes, we would have liked for those two choices to be more branched.
Game was really cool! I played through it a second time thinking it would be different. I did just click through a lot of the messages the story the second time but I think there might have been a bug the second time I went through or maybe it was intentional.
But when I had to spot all the thugs, nothing happened after. I remember the first time there was a comment saying that there shouldn't be 5 thugs so I was thinking maybe there's something behind it, but I couldn't figure it out. Maybe it was just a bug. But really really cool game. I enjoy games like this.
Thank you for your feedback! You're right, it's a bug. There's no new content on the second run (we've thought about it, but we had no more time in the jam), so we've missed testing it. Thank you again for your report! :)
I had the same bug, had to reload the page and restart to get around it.
Great story. It makes it so real.
Thanks a lot! Glad you enjoyed the story and hope that sense of realism made you really question your final decision
I’ve not played it to the end.
