Thanks for the submission. Fun game. I would have preferred if I could activate something and then click on what I want to do... or have 4 keys. like QWER to just do the things where the mouse is.
But a great submission and an interesting idea.
Good suggestion actually. Thankss
Neat little game! I think it would have been even better if instead of more choices each "crime" can only be solved by one of the four solutions. That way instead of throwing stuff at is as fast as possible you have to match them correctly.
Yeah, that's a good idea and i actually did that way but instead 3 same combination it could be different combination for different events. I have to write down ideas neatly in the future.
Loved this game! I love cataclysms, so :D
Nice done!
thanks ^^
Man that was kinda dark... too much conflict on this planet... Thanks for this! Everybody needs to think a bit more :)
Please play and rate my game too, if you can.
Yep, i agree with that. I am going to mate. thanks a lot
fun game, seeing 4 options to choose from i expected to have to use different combinations each time, but it kept giving me the same one over & over again , don't know if it's a bug or designed that way.
i designed that way. I know its a little boring but i didnt have time for doing combinations. I did in 4 days. I definitly will add different features in the future.
Good background and gameplay!
Strange thing the cooldown on the spells that simply keeps impossible to go over some point, but maybe without would be too much rushy?
thanks. I actually made intended "whatever you do you cant resist chaos" :D
The cataclysms/issues popping up on Greenland seemed to be in a right place :P
I liked the idea and the intro. One a bit frustrating thing was cooldown time for spells - waiting for it and also the fact that it was only slightly greyed out so I didn't really see sometimes if it's depleted or not.
:D thanks. Definitly it need more skills and tuning.
Nice game, it has the potential to be a good mini game (or a bigger one with more mechanics).
I liked the theme and the management system.
Keep it up!
Thanks ^^
Nice simple game :) Managed to last 125 years.
I like the sound effects in the game, they are smooth. The diffilculty ramps up in a nice way.
What I didn't enjoy as much is the skills on cooldown, I didn't feel it was fun waiting between each usage.
Overall well done for that gamejam :)
thanks. actually i think with more skills it can be hard as well as not boring
Good job! I liked the sound, and loved the general idea.
My adivce would be to maybe make it slightly more complicated? I'm not sure exactly, but instead of just moving the matching icon to the problem place (problem icon --> problem icon), more an affector to the problem (eg, moving the wealth icon to a place might help the crime problem, but might make another problem worse).
Anyway, good job!
thanks! i actually thought like you but i am kinda junior and i didnt have courage to finish it in 10 days.
It was a bit confusing at first, but I found the mechanic interesting. It would have been nice to have a mini tutorial on how to play or what to do at the beginning. Great work!
i actually wrote that in intro but it could be more clear though
Nice game, interesting mechanic. On full screen mode it was a bit harder to move the mouse from the powers to the event if the event was on the other side of the screen (also not good for my RSI). My personal solution would be to make the events selectable and use WASD for the powers or something like that. Anyway, I had fun playing god for a while.
selectable event is good idea i think. Maybe i can change that in the future. Thanks ^^
Well, I lasted only 162 years... Interesting mechanic, but I noticed that, when an event has three powers, you can use the same one three times and not one of each (maybe is intended?). And I don't know if just passing by an event should use your power, sometimes I wanted to go to Australia and the event in south america got my power (maybe if is drag and drop the power?). But nice entry I enjoyed myself being god :-D
that was not intended but got no time to solve it. I made in last 4 days so :/ i liked the drag and drop idea but actually it is good to have events close because of time. Thanks a lot
Cool idea, I do like to see the world burn. Some screams of terror would make it that extra bit great.
:D yeah more things could be added but screams and lots of sfx could make a little annoying
nice idea. it was hard to dodge and reach the ones further away though
You are right. Thanks ^^
Great concept, became frustrating when I wanted to put a cloud in a place far away but it would automatically assign it the first thing I passed over. Perhaps create an OnMouseButtonRelease function to help with that. Over all... fantastic job!
yeah its good idea. I can add that in the future. Thanks
fun little game, everything works good.
Good job on getting a submission out! It was a nice little game that definitely got pretty frantic by the end. I made it to 153 years with my run.
Thanks. Actually my record is 358. I wonder if someone beat me
Nice job. Took a bit to figure out what was going on, but clever idea.
awesome game! the concept is interesting and creative which makes the gameplay fun and challenging, it took me a bit to grasp the concept but eventually I got the hang of it, simple controls and neat graphics, overall I enjoyed playing.. congratulations! keep it up!
