Not going to lie, I felt a bit overwhelmed when the game started. The mouse sensitivity was off the roof and i tend to use very high DPI settings so... that didn't help. Moving the mouse less than 1cm made it do two full spins, for reference (720º) xD

The sound volume, please adress this as soon as possible, and beware to other players if you have a strong audio system and the system's audio volume set to 100. If due to the time constraint of the game jam you can not  add volume controls, at least don't put the audio mixer's volume to 100% by default. My system's audio volume/level is set to 30 (and this sounded as if i had set it to 100+), usually people have it at 100. That means for someone using that, it would sound over triple the volume.

Please, watch out for this, seriously. If i put it as it is, at 100% volume, it could blow someone's eardrums. Regarding the sound volumes, I'm going to put a link here from actual medical research, as this is more serious than people usually thinks:

The game itself is fun and getting the AI to be competitive within the game jam's limited time is impressive.

I hope this helps, cheers :)

I fixed the volume and sensitivity issue but I'm not sure if I will get disqualified for uploading it.

I'd wait until the voting period just in case, but you could contact the jam support role on discord and ask them if it's fine.

Cheers and thank you, sorry for the wall of text :D

I punted my lemonade  cart into a wall and immediately got run over by a car 10/10

Really fun game, wished you could change the mouse sensitivity cuz it was a bit crazy but overall great game :D

I love the art style. Mouse rotation was a little crazy but for a solo dev, well done.

There's a lot going on here and I really like it! I lost a few times but I stuck with it and got used to the rhythm of the game and finally won, take that other kids! Great job!

Wow cool Mechanics, I had to much sensitive with my mouse idk why

I can see a lot of effort over here. Graphics are cute, ai is really good considering time limitation. Overall, I loved the game. Good job!

This game had a lot of really interesting mechanics! I just got a little overwhelmed at the start! Once I started getting the hang of it thought I really did have a lot of fun! By any chance was Crazy Taxi an inspiration for this game? I really liked that game for Dreamcast back in the day and this reminded me of that in several really good ways.
Nice job!

Developer(+1)

Crazy taxi, no I was going for a mario kart x frogger type mix

You put in a lot of effort and work into this, and it shows. It plays great. The gameplay is intriguing, it took me a little while to puzzle out what my objectives were, which was fun to figure out and explore. The AI is very well put together, and proved to be quite a challenge. Well done on your submission!

Wow amazing submission! The comic intro was really well executed and the 3D visuals quite impressive especially given this was a one-person project!

Developer

Thanks I appreciate that

Very nice! I liked the lil comic at the beginning that gave background to the game.

I lost my cart a few times during all of the shenanigans, but still (almost) won.

Good job!

wow the game is polished and working controls with so many interactions. Also you managed to implement a competitive AI. Somehow I was always third. Also loved the addition of powerups, really cool.

Developer

thanks

I like the concept. Is there a chance to get a multiplayer version of this game? It would be very cool and fun to play with friends.

Developer

Thats a good idea, thanks for playing

I played your game, I liked your game idea, it is fun and it requires lots of effort to implement! even though I wasn't so good at selling lemonade :)

Good job!

This feels like a sidequest from an early 2000s open world adventure game haha - was really impressed by the scope & all the different mechanics. Had a lot of fun, thank you for creating this :)

I liked the aesthetics and concept.  I had a hard time controlling the character though so it made it hard for me to play but it's probably something to do with the fact I felt i was just hitting my cart away from me more than hanging on to it.  Great concept though! Loved that.

Super cute and fun! Holy mouse sensitivity though, I couldn't even bump my mouse without my character whipping a 360 lol

A very similar idea to our submission. Great minds think alike! I love that you can get hit by the cars!

Developer

Yeah, and we are not alone there are like 9 other games with lemonade stands. I didn't think it would be so popular. I haven't played yours yet. When I get back in town and around my PC I'm going to check it out. I'm really curious to see how similar they are
